  • Free, I’ll take it!

    The reason I downloaded this was to keep another set of eyes on what the scope was seeing using my phone and being able to adjust all the scope settings on the phone was also a perk, also it was FREE. On average I use this app 3-4 times a week for several hours each time and had only one night it kept loosing single to scope, I blame the phone,scope and the app just as equally but the scope can still do its thing and you can upload pics and video later.

  • This app simply doesn’t work with apple products

    I have downloaded this app several times. It will show video sometimes but never any sound with my XM50.
    It’s glitchy and has to be deleted and downloaded again in order to work.
    I was just doing some testing. A five second video took about two minutes to download and I could never get it to show this time. I deleted and downloaded the app twice trying to get it to work.
    I hope Pulsar will partner with windows soon so we can save to PC....

    Sounds all wrong. Connection problems the list goes on. Hurry up and get it right for a change

  • Synchronisation of sound and video

    Just don’t no what to say about this app.
    Is it good or bad.
    read on and make your own mind up.

    I have used this app for a few months now when I’m out in the field I always try and record all my events.
    But every time I downloaded to my phone and converted to share with my friends.
    The sound would of go out of synchronisation with the picture. Or vice verse.
    But now I no it’s the app it’s self that it is making the synchronisation to the video. I take a video and then hard wire from my scope to my laptop all is great but when I download it to my phone it goes out of synchronisation. So in my eyes it’s the app that’s is throwing it out of synchronisation. And just to let you no. I am not the only one that’s doing it to. The solution is simple if you are having bother just use a laptop on iPad. 👍

  • Constantly reconnecting...

    Does not work as hoped.. I have a photon RT and was in the stand with my wife and had her looking through the scope while I was going to stream to my phone. The app would connect and I could see and then it would randomly disconnect and I would have to restart the app to get it to connect. She then sees a hog and so I hit the record button and it shuts down my app and so I hit the record button on the scope. We get home and I try to connect to download the video and it will not download it constantly goes to reconnecting and then will just disconnect.. I’m really disappointed in this app.. was hoping it would be a lot better than that!

  • Doesn’t work

    This app is so frustrating. I have the thermion XM38. The scope indicates that it is connected, but the app won’t see it when it comes time to connect. I turned my phone off and on. That got it to connect once, but recording to the phone didn’t work and when I was checking settings to see why, the app crashed and now it won’t connect again, even with turning phone on and off. I’ve also tried airplane mode after reading reviews, that doesn’t work either. It just won’t connect despite the scope being connected. I’ve also checked I have the most recent firmware and app version. It’s used as a selling point for the product, but I should have read reviews first, I wouldn’t have bought it, complete garbage app and ruins 90% of the reason I chose thermion over other options.

  • Awful- May 2019 still Pulsar / Yukon can't sort wifi issue

    To advertise this as able to stream to the app really is a BREACH OF ADVERTISING- the wifi connection drops constantly and sometimes cannot be reestablished for days.

    My cheap panasonic camera connects far better than this app does and they are not pushing its use like pulsar are.

    This is disappointing and awful and enough people are now getting together to take Pulsar to task on this.

  • Still doesn’t connect to iPhone

    Sadly Pulsar still haven’t managed to resolve the drop out when attempting to stream from my thermal devices or download images / video files.

    If I’m lucky it will connect for a few moments and then drop out once the “no internet connection” message shows up in iOS WiFi settings.

    This is a known issue and has been going on for a long time. Pulsar are putting out some lovely hardware, but the software integration really needs work.

  • Fine addition to my night vision scope!

    This app was recommended by the manufacturer of a night vision scope I recently purchased. All the features described in the app worked as advertised. An excellent way to control the many features of this Sight Mark Photon RT scope!
  • No connection with apple devices.

    Just purchased an XP 50 trail and helion. Love both optics for hunting but the stream vision app and WiFi signal of scope are apparently garbage. I can connect my WiFi from either Device briefly, meaning 3 to 5 seconds and then it drops the connection. I’ve even shut all other WiFi signals and data signals off in my house to eliminate any interference. Only the first time that I tried it did it work for a few minutes. Hope this is something they can fix or I have 8 grand worth of optics that do half of what they are advertising they can do.
