  • Fire your App Development Folks

    Thermion XP and videos are trapped on it. Loses connection, freezes, or just stops downloading the video. All results in a no second video. Tried Iphone and Ipad, same result. FIX THE KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE BLOODY APP ALREADY!
  • internet connection fail

    since this upgrade i have not been able to connect ether of m trail scopes to my iphone or ipad. i have tried every recommendation several times, very frustrated. spent a small fortune on these scopes and this feature was a big selling feature.
  • Failed Downloads

    I have 15,000 dollars plus in Pulsar products. My issue is when I video I don’t always get my video. It tells me it’s recording and I hope it’s working. I may do 4 videos a hunt and some just download a blank black screen. I have lost some excellent videos due to this. I’m running XP 50 Thermions and Xp 50 Helion handhelds. My scopes are more consistent with problems. I always format before my hunts and I always turn off the scope after I stop recording due to sometimes it will over lap 2-3 videos into one download. WiFi signal is week and you can’t get much distance if someone is running a iPad or phone. Lots of bug fixes need to be addressed and the live steaming still has never worked. I don’t even know why they advertise it.

  • Not working

    I have a Pulsar XM30. Every time I connect it to my phone using wifi, it would say ‘weak security’ then after a few seconds would say ‘no internet connection’. So the app won’t even work. It will just give me instructions how to connect my device & would never connect.

We regret you have issues with Stream Vision App. "Weak connection" and "no internet" messages have nothing to do with connection because Pulsar device is not a source of the Internet.   • Scope great but can’t watch your hunts/kills

    The stream vision app is dismal considering I paid 10,000$ for two thermion XP 50 scopes. The scopes are wonderful but for this money you would think the streaming app would be at least average..... so many bugs, crashes, failed downloads it’s almost not worth the purchase of the scope of watching videos of the hunts is important to you. Also, pulsar, I bought two of your thermal helion spotters so I’m about 20 grand invested in your company.

    Won’t connect. Will you buy my scope back? Severe buyers remorse.
  • So far so good

    Not sure what the issues are with others, but my XR and IPAD pro have connected just fine. I like how easy it was to update my Axion and Thermion. Way to go and never stop improving your products! That is what brought me here from FLIR...

  • iPhone XR no connection

    Connected the first time with no problems, hasn’t connected since. Connects fine to my iPhone 7
  • Does not connect to my iPhone

    Disappointing to not be able to connect to my iPhone.
  • Basically rubbish!

    Thousands spent on a “state of the art” scope and the app is utterly diabolical! Lags when connected to an iPad, so badly you can’t use it. Downloads of footage are grainy and rubbish if only for a few seconds. If the footage is longer than say 15 seconds it takes forever to download to the phone then when you play it back you get a black screen! Seriously disappointing!
