Video and sound

Having issues with Pulsar Thermion not keeping videos and or playing them when the device is claiming to record and support audio.

Issues with connection, just like last review.. needs updates for sure.

Bad software.

Wifi is on and linked to iPhone. Software acts like it is not. Can’t see files or viewfinder.

All support says is you are not linked to WiFi. Well bino’s and phone both say I am.

It actually worked 1x out of 20. So, I reloaded software. Again, not working.

Spend 6k on equipment and get garbage software. Nice.

Why? Why? Why?

This is a great app if you want to practice your patience, because you are going to get nothing except frustrated. Won’t stay connected. Just didn’t work, period.

Have pulsar thermion and helion xp 50 and most of the video don’t have sound even though the microphone icon is visible in the video which means that the sound is turned on very agrivating cool video but needs sound on Apple devices. Buddy can download same video and had sound on droid

App is messed up!!!!!

I have similar problems like all the other reviewers. Very frustrating to not be able to download my videos.

Audio issues

Running Thermion XP 50 here too, same issues at other XP user. What’s the deal with no audio . I read about Streamvision and IOS having audio issues. When will this be resolved?

No audio with the new Pulsar XQ 50 Thermion

Very disappointed in this app and not being able to watch recorded vids without audio across all my devices , iPhone, ipad, and iMac desktop. I see multiple responses deferring questions to Pulsar. For the money that I’ve spent, I would like answers and some support.

Rubbish

£1200 scope and is great but bought to be able to upload and send photos and videos. It won’t let me send videos via text or wats app and when I upload to Instagram it’s a blurred out video so useless. Really let down and thinking of returning and getting a pard!

No sound

It will not play the sound on my apple devices. ie iphone, iPad, and Mac had to down loan another app to hear the sound

Terrible App

Try another brand. If they can’t get somebody to build them a successful app or WiFi program, than heaven forbid they get their thermal stuff correct. My kids drone can stay connected, maintain videos, and record them from 5 miles away. This companies Ap can’t stay connected without crashing for more than 30 seconds from 5 feet away. Their only reply to these complaints is to contact them. No solutions.
