for me it’s all good, scrolls good, doesn’t move by itself, nothing like the reviews im seeing. I also highly recommend the shoes. for me they look really cute, im not really an online shopper. but i just check around and im not sure if the reviews of buying shoes are true or not, but for now it’s working all fine

LOVE THE STORE!!! HATE THE APP!!
It looks like the app has been updated, but before it was I was having issues with signing in, I even emailed the company and I think I wrote a review then. Just now when I went on the app I thought to myself maybe since it’s been updated I won’t have a problem signing in, boy was I mistaken. I went to sign in a banner popped up on the sign in screen and it say BAD CREDENTIALS. I even tried changing my password and still the same thing. This issue has been going on for months!

I love the store; Hate the app
The app has soooooooo many bugs. I have issues logging in, saving items, and even purchasing items. It makes it so difficult. I cannot right now retrieve my purchase history.
I’m not an app developer or webmaster but RRS must do better in their IT Department. Business wise you can potentially lose so much money for not having a shopping app work properly.

don’t bother using this
customer support recommends their web site and that’s just as bad. i’m so frustrated i don’t even want to talk about it. go to another store it’s easier.
Terrible
Doesn’t load, constantly freezes and it’s not easy to filter by what you’re looking for. Don’t bother saving things to your wish list because you will never find it again.
How does an app this bad get made
Not only does this app take forever to load anything. There also appears to be no way to log in with an existing account. This app is completely useless at the moment.
Slow
This app takes waaaaaayyyy too long to load. It has to load up every time you make a filter. Like click womens- Load 20 minutes- then click shoe type - Load 19 minutes- then if you are still trying the app you try filtering to size it’s another 21 minutes. If you get past that then you see the shoes in the gender, type, and size you want. However, once you click on a shoe to see more and try to go back it’s another loading period of 15 minutes. I don’t have time for this app.

Can’t login
After inputting my login credentials it continually sent me to create an account when I very much already have an account. It didn’t matter if I used my Email or phone number associated with the account. App definitely needs some work.
Makes Online Shopping a HEADACHE
I don’t usually leave reviews for apps, but I had to leave one for this app. It’s HORRIBLE! It’s slow, it hardly ever opens the first time I try. I always just end up giving up and going to the store, or trying the website (which is just as bad).
Fix the app
The app won’t open. It stays on the “logging in” page. Guess I’ll order from some other website.
