Needs lots of work
This app needs a lot of improvement. It wouldn’t let me add a debit card and when I tried to use my birthday reward the price went from lower to higher so I was definitely confused about that. The app freezes up sometimes and won’t let you select a quantity or size and it wouldn’t let me do the pick up in store option.

Terrible
You guys need a major overhaul in your app. It freezes, it lags, and too many 404 errors. I tried ordering 2 pairs of shoes and I could not for the life of me finish the process with all the 404 errors. I went on the famous footwear app and 2 mins later done and ordered. I bet you had a recent graduate design your app. Pay someone a little more and have it done the right way.

Not working
Only reason I’m bothering is because I just spent a frustrating hour resetting my password and not getting anywhere. That was after app was running really slowly and was hard to navigate. Cart full with four pairs of shoes and could not sign in after multiple attempts to reset my “forgotten “ password. Gave up and went to Zappos app. Total was $50 more for similar shoes but it only took 5 minutes to breeze through their app and it recognized my password. Something is not working on this app!

App is very buggy
This app could function way better. It’s always crashing, I’ll log in and try to add an item to my wishlist and it’ll ask me to log in again and again and again. Ended up having to go to their website to finish an order.
App doesn’t work
I can only apply one filter at a time, and none of those options are for size. Also, once I’ve used a “button” once, none of the rest will work. I set a filter for brand, then once I scroll down and hit the View More button, nothing happens. I try the menu button at the top - nothing happens. Waste of time.

Great price shoes
I’m not a computer engineer so I don’t have any idea what I’m talking about but this app does what it’s supposed to allows me to see my points and they have great sales good quality shoes and free shipping
App is the worst
I didn't think the app can be much worse than the mobile website, but OMG it is. This app is not user friendly, lags too much, and just makes me want to never shop at Rack a Room shoes. This mobile app needs to be rebuilt from ground up. Don't bother downloading.

Shopping Bag
It's a bad app. I wish it was easier to select different color options when you are viewing a specific shoe. Also when I have shoes in my shopping bag that I haven't paid for yet, I expect to see it when I get back on the app. When I tried to checkout it told me to download the app, that I was using.

Needs work
There's no option to view your wishlist and when filtering searches it crashes before you go to another filter like its slow.
Easy access to rewards!
Love this app! It makes seeing my rewards so much simpler than before. Seeing my purchase history is great too so I can easily reorder my husband's favorite shoes.
