  • The best email app

I don't usually leave reviews - but had to for Polymail. I've been so happy with how responsive the team is to my feedback and requests. I also really enjoy the team feature being able to share emails with others, and how quickly I can process my email using the swipe functions. Give it a try, you can’t go wrong.

  • Highly recommend

Great app, I would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for making this app.
  • Wont be disappointed

Hands down best app; everything I need is all in one place. I was hesitant to try it after looking at old reviews but I’m glad I gave it a try.
  • Polymail has Poly Problems

UPDATE September 20, 2021: It seems this is becoming abandoned-ware. The tech people do not respond. There are constant errors with badges reflecting completely incorrect message counts. Makes you wonder if the Polymail is going Polybyebye.

The app is not ready for prime time. I’m a paying customer and can assert that I would not be surprised if Polymail goes the way of Astro, Newton, and all the other paid apps. The difference: those apps worked. This one, for the most part, does not. Further, customer service is horrible. They work a few hours a day. Are only available via online chat from the website. And their responses are often non-sensible. Have a problem on a weekend? Good luck! Even Airmail people respond. But Polymail may or may not respond on Monday. Even worse, you’ll receive a never ending flow of emails from founder Brandon Foo, but trying to email him directly — finding his address is easy — generates no response. If there’s venture capital involved, I’d hope someone reconsiders whether the app is worth financing. It certainly isn’t worth $99 a year.

  • It’s okay. They need a few UI tweaks I make it better.

In message swiping from message to message and moving that damn reply button away from the place right handed people scroll from would be a good start.
  • Doesn’t have the basics

Messaged them a bunch of times, whenever doing an out of office auto response it doesn’t send it once, it sends your auto response to every email annoying your full team while you’re away to the point we can’t use it. Polymail is trying to do advanced features without the basics and haven’t listened to any feedback. Would be nice to have different out of office auto responses depending on aliases. Also they covert your attachments to be stored on their servers yet still do a 25mb cap. Particularly for documents this seems a bit crazy. Doesn’t seem to be a way to embed your attachments into your email making security questionable for some companies. Polymail could questionably be hit by a class action leading to all e-mail attachments disappearing from your past as they automatically are based from their servers. Seems like a backwards way of doing things and I hope this improves. Up to 25mb should be embedded.

  • Nice platform

Today I tested it, it is very nice since everything is functioning maybe it was a glitch in the past that’s why of low reviews? All I can say it is all fixed by now
  • New messages don’t appear in inbox

Great concept, but they seriously need to work on their app. I’ve been an avid Polymail user for a few years now and yet I still encounter the same problems that I would’ve expected to have been solved a hundred updates ago. The app will sometimes go days without refreshing my mail, and although it will notify me of a new email, it may not appear in my inbox until the glitch in the app decides to resolve itself two, three days later. So, can’t read new emails on the app, have to often use the gmail app instead when this happens.

It seems the pull down “refresh inbox” gesture in this app is completely useless. I still use the desktop application of Polymail, as it is a bit more reliable. But other than its read receipts and aesthetic, I’m seriously close to ditching Polymail. Really hoping they up their game!

  • This is a FANTASTIC email Application.

I've been around Technology for over 20 plus years, and this email application truly gets the complete job of needed requirements done. You do not have to search any longer for an email application that gives you all the features you need. As a CTO for over 20 years and now retired... but still consulting for 2 of the U.S. Government 3 letter Agencies in the areas of cyber security and quantum computing I can tell you that I have seen it all. So for what it's worth... I highly recommend this email application if you are looking for a fully featured email application for your device. (Period)... 5-Plus Stars for sure. And BTW I am not affiliated in anyway with the folks behind this email application or their company.
