Reviews of 365Pay

  • Okay but two complaints.

The app works as advertised in that it provides discounts on purchases and it allows you to track how much you have spent and how much you have left in your account. However, I have two issues that I think need resolved:

    1. The app randomly logs you out for no reason. You can use it one day and the next day you have to remember your user name and password to get back into it. It’s time consuming. Either fix the issue or allow for biometric logins (ie Face ID)

    2. To combat #1 and not need to log into the app, it would be nice if the add to Apple Wallet feature worked in the settings page. Sadly, it does not. I have been getting errors for months when I try to add it. The app has the feature built in but it does not work. Even after new versions with bug fixes, it still doesn’t work.
  • I HATE THIS APP WITH A PASSION

This app doesn’t work. Sadly my employer uses this to pay for the food in our cafeteria. It sends me an email to verify my email, and I can never EVER get beyond that. I hit the button to verify my email, and POOF! That’s it. I have gone in circles, wasted so much time I will never get back, and I’ve just accepted I’m never going to be able to use it. I nearly just screamed tonight. All I wanted was an iced tea, but I’m never going to get it. The card feature at the kiosk never works, no swiping, and no contactless pay.
  • Just don’t…

This might be the worst app I’ve ever used in terms of authentication management. Good luck getting the email they claim to send you, and good luck thinking the app is going to actually accept your valid credentials. I was successfully using this app for about two weeks before it started logging me out completely and then not letting me re-login. When I called to tell them, they need the exact location name of the machine I typically use to buy drinks from. Luckily I had a screenshot but how in the world do you expect regular users to know the serialized location names if the app doesn’t let them log in and tech support has to have the location in order to help. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. Apple needs to take this app off immediately. When it worked for that little while it was actually pretty good. Too bad they don’t know how to manage their authentication protocols.
