  • Over 3 months without refund after moving home

    When I moved out of my house I had an account credit. It has been over 3 months and Octopus has still not refunded my account credit. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls and they still haven’t returned the money I am owed.
  • Crashes Daily

    The app crashes almost every day. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still crashes. It’s more of a pain than a convenience!!!
  • Can’t connect my thermostat

    There’s no link to add my devices. I’ve looked everywhere. How am I supposed to save money if I don’t have the link to connect my device?
  • Far too many bugs April 2

    Full of bugs and missing features and links since update. April 2 update to review.
    Link to bills is missing
    Where has the convert points to pennies gone?
    Usage section is awful.
    All in all a terrible app when it doesn’t crash.

  • Terrible App. Who releases stuff like this?

    Just downloaded the app and wow what a terrible app it is. Unable to hide the keyboard, which hides stuff. Can’t get it beyond the login splash screen. Assume the was tested????

    Hi, thanks for your feedback. It looks like this issue is occurring sporadically but when it does forcing quit generally resolves it. Obviously this isn't ideal, so this has been reported to developers as a high priority and should be resolved shortly.   • Keeps Crashing

    App keeps Crashing when trying to view my devices. Used to work, but need to fix!!!

    Logged out and it will not accept email and password stating they are incorrect!

  • Security issue

    I cannot find a way to sign out if my account using this new version of the app. This is a major security issue because my information is available whenever the app is opened. There is no way I can find to require logging in once the new app is downloaded.
    I searched my iPhone settings, and I do not have automatic fill in passwords selected.
    Even so, there is no visible way to sign out of my account.

  • Latest update step back for Agile tariff

    The new display for half hourly pricing is much harder to read and use. Adding pound sign and four decimal places is a waste of space and makes the numbers much harder to read. The graph takes up a lot of space but adds very little value. Go back to old format.

  • App will not open

    Told I need app to get discounts. Downloaded and it won’t stay open for more than a half second.
