  • Confusing

    Not a fan, freezes consistently. Alerts are all over the place. Recommend a different service.

    Website is good but app version is terrible

  • Improvements

    The platform overal is great. The app works fine too. There are some small details but we think we can work it out with the technical support. They have been very responsive.

    Hello Mr. Barillas, we're sorry to hear about that! We understand that you would like to reach out to a visitor even if the bot has already engaged the visitor. This is one of the feature we're already working on and it will be available soon. We'd also like to let you know that point 2 can be achieved easily. You do not require multiple bots for a brand and you can deploy a single bot and use the criteria router block to make the bot work differently for each criteria/visitors. Also, you can deploy multiple bots in the same brand and to know how you can reach out to support@zohosalesiq.com.
  • Improvements

    The platform overal is great. The app works fine too. But the reason we picked another company for our chat is:

    1 you can’t send proactive messages if you activate one bot already.

    2 you can’t have more than one bot per brand.

    You don’t find any of those limitations in other chats.

  • Wow Nearly never works

    So much potential, Zoho is like the 3rd place runner up in every race.
    Most of my complaints from guests are they cannot use the live chat.
    Just simply doesn’t work.
    Press “send message” and it does not send.
    Customer in chat waiting for operator? No notification (even though settings are all correct and turned on)
    Tracks bots on sites as visitors (stupid)
    Has you jumping at your phone every few seconds thinking someone is on it, and try to engage with them, only for them to be gone the second the app shows they showed up (bot traffic)

    Just fix the darn thing.
    Allow us to move the chat window thumbnail up instead of being stuck at the very bottom (IPhone menu borders the bottom and it’s so low it is a fine line to press the button versus activate iPhone slide-up menu)

  • App won’t clear notification

    This has been an issue for months, the app icon doesn’t clear notifications after chats are closed. The last update was supposed to fix, but am still having issues.

  • ZOHO Email appeals to kids

    ZOHO email is difficult to use and has a carnival childlike desktop on your computer. Not at all easy to use and definitely not suited for a serious business environment. If you like colored balloons and bubbles and next to no space to write your email text, then you’ll love ZOHO mail! Bring on the clowns!

  • The latest update fixed the bug I was having

    I had left a one star review because the new interface update was causing SalesIQ to crash anytime I opened a chat, one of the updates that have come out since then has fixed this issue, so I wanted to adjust my view back.
