  • iOS Crash

    This just crashes on iOS (multiple) iOS devices so there’s a bug in the iOS version.. all of my items are of course up to date and this has really been happening since 13 was released

    what country the visitors are coming from however it would be even better know what city and state. Hey here is an idea since you know the domain how about who the company is.....2 stars for the tech, 0 for the business intel.

    Hello! We understand that you were unable to see the State and City of the visitors in your SalesIQ account and we would like to inform you that the advanced visitor tracking information is only available in the paid editions of SalesIQ in which the State and City of the visitor will be displayed. In the Free edition of SalesIQ, only the Country of the visitor will be displayed. If you wish to see the advanced visitor tracking information in your account with other cool automation features, please upgrade your account to the any paid of the editions of SalesIQ. Regarding your other query about domain and it's company name - SalesIQ has an integration with Clearbit (third party application) through which you can identify the visitors company, employee strength and other vital information based on their IP address and the domain/email address. This is also a premium feature in SalesIQ and can be accessed only in the paid editions of SalesIQ. For further queries, please write to us at support@zohosalesiq.com

    I love this app but since I got my new iPhone it no longer notifies me when I have someone on the shop. I am not sure who to contact to fix the problem. Bella’s@ blomand.net. Please contact me.
  • great but needs improvements

    im always getting chats 24/7. Anyway to be offline at night? Anyway to see the wishlist and cart?
    When someone doesn’t leave an email, should be able to communicate with, any idea?

    Hello Steve! Yes, SalesIQ has a business hours feature in all the paid editions with which you would be able to configure the business hours for your account. When configured the Chat Widget on your website will go Online and Offline as per the configured time, you can also make the Chat Widget to hide on the website after the business hours. Currently with the help of SalesIQ's visitor tracking feature, you would be able to see the pages visited by the customers in your website and can monitor their actions in it. If the customer has accessed the Wishlist page or Cart page, you would be able to see that they have accessed it, but it won't be possible to see which all the products they have added to it. Regarding your final query - If the email address is not provided by the visitors in the pre-chat form, it won't be possible to contact them until they access your website again. So, we recommend you to make the name and email fields in the pre-chat form to be mandatory to collect all the visitors information in order for you to follow up later. You can mark the field as mandatory by going to SalesIQ Settings (web)-> Website(s) -> Select the website name -> Click "Live Chat Widget" -> Select "Chat Window" on the top left corner -> Fields -> Hover over the field in the Chat Window preview on the right and mark that field as mandatory.   • No new chat notification

    Not receiving the pop up notifications when a new chat comes in. All notifications are enabled on the app and phone. Works on my android phone just fine though.

    Hello there! SalesIQ does track your website visitors name and email address. But you'd have to employee certain methods to capture that information. Adding SalesIQ's identifiers to your email templates / Campaigns is one of them, by employing this method you could allow SalesIQ to capture the visitors email address when they land on your website through email clicks.   • Great app but please add ability to sort history by most recent visits

    Great app but since it is more than just a chat app and has some Analytics and site tracking features, would it be possible to add the ability to sort visitor history by most recent visits as a default as well? Currently we can only view by new visitors or return visitors but it is not in a chronological or reverse chronological order. That would be something nice to see in addition to return visitors etc.

    Hello there! Thank you for your valuable feedback. Yes, we have already started working on making major changes to the app's UI and also simultaneously bringing other valuable features that are already on the web version to app itself. All these changes take a bit of time to be materialized, but you could certainly expect a completely revamped UI inside SalesIQ's app in the near future.
