No point to use if no notifications
I don't see the point to have this installed on your mobile device. The app closes right when you switch to another app or put the phone to sleep. You lose any chances of contacting potential clients relying on this poorly built app.OhhhJ0hnny

Live notification has stopped
The app no longer alerts me when a new chat is established.
My phone use to ring when a new chat is requested even when my phone was locked and app was not running in background.
Please fix this asap!nailian

I previously rated the app a 2 star because the sound alerts were not working. Turns out I had inadvertently enabled 'Do not disturb' on my iPhone. Works great. I have been waiting for this for a long time. I won't miss another website visitor chat. What a relief.KayleSarchelle
