So far fantastic
It’s so simple it just might work to get me to use it. So often these days apps are all about distracting you or taking you out of the present. I just can’t stand going on IG anymore or using other apps that make me look at my phone all the time, demanding my attention. This one is straight forward, easy to use, and gives you options. I went ahead and purchased the app outright for $9. Worth every penny.

i’m indifferent
I love this app and helped me a lot with my breathing. I just don’t understand why they added premium. Maybe I’m wrong but I definitely remember being able to change the colour without paying. Anyways, i still like this app but just disappointed in the premium.
Very good but lacks improvement
App is good and you can definitely select your desired count, etc. along with desired tone … very easy to use!! I am very grateful for it… the only thing I am missing is it will not store your different breathing techniques. I have to scroll the numbers to change every time I need to select a specific breathing method. I have emailed them several times to add this feature since 2 years. I am seeing that the app does gets updated but it’s only glitches relating to ads, iPad, layout, etc. I mean this make it feel like the app is actually dead and there’s zero improvement so far, no major changes or added features… I mean MY GOD the room for improvement is HUGE! I am now shopping for an alternative. Thank you so much for the wonderful app but it’s time for change.

App used to do the trick
Now it’s crammed too full of invasive ads that intentionally hinder the purpose of the app. There are a million breathing apps that all do the same thing, and this one is now bloated. Opt for a less greedy and less manipulative one.
March 2023 update:
The actual basic functionality is now paywalled! Can’t use inhale durations for longer than 4s without paying. Useless app.
