Hi Luke, Thanks for your feedback. You can try all of the app's content completely free of charge by starting a free trial. You can also explore some free content without starting a trial at all. I do understand that it can be frustrating to pay for an app. However, we are dedicated to providing our users with realtime feedback, tailor-made practice plans, and interactive guitar lessons. We are working with certified guitar teachers to provide high-quality content which requires a whole lot of resources.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our business model. While some of the content is available completely free of charge, you can try all of the app's functionality for a limited time for free. Also, our team is working hard to provide more free content as we speak. All of our content is created by certified guitar teachers. While I understand that it can be frustrating to pay for a service, developing and constantly enhancing a product like this involves a lot of people and resources.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback! I understand that it can be frustrating having to pay for something that you did not want to use in the first place. However, we do send out an email before the trial period ends to remind you to cancel the trial on time. I understand that such emails can be overlooked easily. Is this app really free?
Good app
2nd try and disappointed
- very slow app
- just work in my iPad it doesn’t sync with my iphone
- the scale practice repeats the same scales all the time I already made the same exercise more then 70 times it just keep repeating the same scales. Also there is no written or video explain how the scales works as you “progress” in the exercise
- lack of music, there almost nothing!
- there are only the introduction, not event a beginner level of trading, of a few practice topics, you are not able to go to the next level as a guitar player all the exercises.
I really liked the way you can practice scales with the app, that’s why I gave it a 2nd try and only 2 stars, but I totally regretted since there is no more content =( I should have bought a book!

To solve the issues described it would be very helpful if you could provide us with more information about your device. We would appreciate it if you could send us an email to support@fretello.com. Regarding the other points you mentioned, I just wanted to give you some information from our side: the progress sync works in all the cases but in the Practice Tab, it only works on the sheet level. In any case, we are working on this and the full sync is coming soon. You also do not need to keep practicing the same scale all the time. You, as our user, can customize what to practice; we do not force you to stick to the same scale forever :) Let me know if you need any assistance with customizing the sheets. We are always happy to get feedback on our choice of music. Send your suggestions of artists or genres to the email address above and we'll see what we can do. We're still a quite small team and our goal is to provide high-quality content. This is why it might take a while to add new content, but we are updating our songs every month. Stay tuned!
