  • Zero if possible

For as much money as an MDVIP membership costs the app and even just online website services is general is shameful. I would expect with as much money as is dished out in membership fees thst I would be getting fresh, posh services and yet I feel like I’m stuck in the 80s. When I was on the most basic HmO their care was up to date, they had tons of online features, their test results were available and would sync up with Apple health. They had ACTUAL benefits for members, the benefits mdvip claims you get for your membership is like literally nothing

  • Need to fix messages

I use this app because it is preferable to using texts to talk to my doctor. However, my biggest issue with the app is that when typing messages that are longer than a couple of lines the text goes behind the keypad, and there is no way to view the text. Seems like since this is an app that one sends sensitive medical information that viewing a message to be sent to one’s doctor should be a important feature.

  • Disappointed

For a health care model in which we pay a quarterly fee, I had so much expectation of what this app should do. Using MyChart with my doctor prior to her moving to MDVIP, I could message, read my test results, schedule appointments - everything I expect from this app which is not available. It is so useless unless I need to see when my next quarterly payment is so. MDVIP - please do better. Your patients expect it.

  • Ridiculously bare bones

I decided to try the app after my doctor prescribed some exercises off the site, hoping that would help me do them more regularly. But it only seems to feature payment info, a handful of messages from 2021, and a records area that only displays MDVIP bespoke procedures like the wellness exam. I guess MDVIP takes no responsibility for making its full features mobile and outsources everything else to Athena Health. For an expensive concierge service, that’s embarrassingly shoddy client engagement.

  • Not impressed

I am so not impressed with this app!! All you seem to be able to do is to pay your membership, send a message (and hope that somebody will read it), and log out!
Considering how much money we are paying for the membership, one would think that all the doctors would get together and push for a better system for them and their patients so we could at least order refills of our medications for crying out loud!!! That app is a complete waste of time…

  • Login issues

Haven’t need able to log in on the mobile app for months. Login Works on the desktop but repeatedly reloads the log in screen on my iPhone with no explanation. Otherwise app is a little date
  • Useless. Absolute waste

You’d think for $4000 a year, they could get an app that works and doesn’t look like AOL from 1995. Literally nothing works in the app. Just says “something went wrong” and that’s even after updating. What a joke!
  • Not a fan

I am new to MDVIP but have seen my physician two times since joining three months ago. There is absolutely no information, lab results, or messages for me on this app. My “Home” page consists solely of how I can make a payment. On most apps the home page provides you with a “welcome” and “thank you” and “here is where you can find this info or that info” NOT money money money. Come on MDVIP, I’m sure you can do better.

  • Patient

When I open the app the initial screen is of payments due & made. There is no list of my doctors. The icon at the bottom for messages shows past messages but I have to hunt to send a message to my primary but the other doctor isn’t on the list. Writing a message is not user friendly. Why don’t you use the MyChart app that other doctors & hospitals use?

  • Very basic

Agree with other comments. I love mdvip and will never go back to the cattle herding of regular medical practices.
But, this app falls incredibly short of my expectations. Such a missed opportunity considering the functionality now available to iOS developers.
