  • The messaging does not work

I have to consistently resend the message because it didn’t push through. Not to mention the text box is extremely small and you can’t really see the entire message you wrote. Get the app right - it isn’t user friendly at all and always has a problem that I have to close it out and reopen it to try to get it to work.

  • Messaging is unreliable

The messaging feature of this app is the most important and rarely works properly. If I need to get in contact with my dr, the messages I type disappear, don’t send or will just kick me out of the app all together.
  • Notifications Not Working

I hate that when I send a message to my Dr that there is no way to be alerted once doc replies! I went a whole month thinking the Dr ignored me when all along I just didn’t know he did! In my iPhone’s Notifications settings, Connect-Members doesn’t even show up as being on my phone! BOO! Geez, fix it!!!

  • User UNfriendly

It makes you wonder who tests these apps before publishing them? The text messaging feature is just awful. There's no text box to write and edit your message. Nope, all you get is a continuous line you type on, that you can't easily edit, can't see what you've typed because it scrolls beyond the screen. Really, who programs these apps? These days, communicating virtually with one's doctor and their staff is the new normal. So, having an app that allows you to do so in a logical, simple and accurate manner is not only necessary but should have been the number one feature they got right.

  • Don’t bother with this app

Couldn’t connect to my medical records despite trying a number of times over several days. Also couldn’t edit my payment information to update credit card expiration date. Deleted. Probably the most amateurish app I’ve ever tried to use.
  • What a waste

Looking at the reviews it’s obvious this app has problems and has had problems over a long period of time. There are responses from the developer but it’s obvious they are not doing anything as no changes have been made. The only constant is his lip service you receive in response to the comments about the app. Your doctor has an email address so why can’t you just use any email client to send an email to that address? I’ve tried using just the email address in the email client but the doctor doesn’t seem to receive the email. The messages/Email part of the app, everything else is just blank. You can’t look at the app and see appointment you had in the past there’s nothing in there. And as others have said in their reviews entering a message in this app is the poorest experience I’ve had with any app. This app is so more than negative of the MDVIP service. They might respond to this and tell me I should contact customer service as they want to help me, right.

  • Very poor app

What good is this app if you can’t change any settings? My credit card is expiring but there’s no way to change this on the app. There isn’t even a setting option any more. And it takes forever to connect on a phone call.
  • Inadequate and frustrating

Just started using this app and it is very disappointing. Dead ends and leaves you lost. No option to contact them. No place to look up benefits. If their actual service is the same, I’m leaving.
  • Frustrating and unusable.

Terrible and difficult to maneuver. I am unable to edit. I got a notification that I had one new medication—which was news to me— and I could not get into the app to see. I agree with others that for the price I expect better service and quality.
  • App changed for worse

I’ve use app in past to communicate to dr. It worked ok. Now, the text box that one has to type in is so small and difficult to use and proof. Can’t you go back to the older style email message. Disappointing for the quality company that MDVIP is.

Another thing that is bothering me is that I keep getting something from MDVIP in my email that wants me to use docusign. I just ignore it as it could be spam. It is not close to my anniversary and I can’t imagine MDVIP asking us to sign a new agreement outside of normal anniversary. I looked on web site and couldn’t find anything. I like snail mail for documents. Seems likely to be spam.
