Very Poor App
Read their description of this app then look at the app. Almost nothing of what they promised is in the app. If fact, the app is useful for only one thing, making payments. And with the latest update I now can’t even do that.
Gratefully, they have a website that offers some functionality. We would all be best served if they simply scrapped the app and focused on improving their website.Show lessFast Cayman
Bad
Worked fine a couple of years ago. Now I can’t even get on. I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling it worked a couple of months ago but now I can’t even get in. Very frustrating.6.4scar pack
Not user friendly
Video shows all these wonderful options, however, the app does not reflect these options. Very clunky and difficult to maneuver.lothar418
Poor App
The Messages feature is forever having issues that render it useless to communicate with Dr. This would seem to be an essential feature for this app to get right! But They can’t seem to do so!!>TET<
Just Ok when it works
Most of the time, I can’t get the app Messages feature to work. It seems to be up and down a lot, so I always have to use my desktop. Also when it is working, the box to type a message to my doctor it’s so small it’s very difficult to use.Kadeey
Broken App

Messages in app doesn’t function
Half of the time when I go to use the app recently it does not work. I get an error screen that says messages currently unavailable. I have deleted my app and downloaded new version and same problem. I only use the app for messages so when messages doesn’t work, app is useless. What is the issue that messages functionality keeps being unavailable?Show lessLinda FL USA
Useless app
I’m very disappointed with this app because it has very little functionality, and it is clear the developers can’t or won’t improve it. Messaging doesn’t work. At all. In addition, none of my records are available for me to review, even though I’ve been with the same doctor for over 20 years, so where are they? For the price of concierge care medicine, I expect a better product than this. I keep hoping someone will invest a bit of time and effort to make the app worthwhile, but every time I update the app I find the same problems that have existed for years.Show lessmonkey-bird
Horrible App
The only screen that appears is the payment screen. The other screens that are shown on demo of app are non existent. The app is completely useless except to make payments and that part of the app is awkward to navigate. This is a horrible app,DMT682022
