Not worth the download
I agree about the one line messages,terrible. A totally unintuitive
bit of software that is worse than what my granddaughter writes
In the 9 th grade. I expect much better from MDVIP, I get a superb physician, great physical, wonderful access to see my doc and specialists, but this sort of corporate support?

A disgrace
For what I pay for MDVIP, I expect the app to at least work, not just sit at the splash screen forever.
What’s more, sending a message looks like it was designed by someone just out of boot camp: really, do I have to enter the message on *one line*?? Nobody’s heard of multi line text boxes? Hint: look at, say, WhatsApp.
There’s more, but I tire of giving feedback, which is unlikely to be actioned.
This app looks as if it was an MVP that went to production and never got enhanced or refactored after that.
As an active software developer of some repute for the past 35 years, I should think my opinion has some weight.Show lessStfw!
A great App
This App provides the required functionality to be able to communicate with our physician. Also, I loved the fact that I can now view my panel results right from the App.KayDee89
Coordinating Family Care
This app is extremely useful for coordinating care of several family members (kids, parents, spouse)! To have all the medical data available at your fingertips during a specialist appointment or during an emergency situation is priceless. Just plain Bad
This is the worse app I have ever tried to use. I agree with another reviewer. We pay a lot of money for this program and if I can’t use this program to satisfaction how in the world will elderly patients use this service. Just plain sad. If I could I would drop this entire program today.Coachjtt

Makes managing me & my family’s healthcare & records so much easier. Everything at my fingertips. Can also message my doctor directly which is a plus.KDIXON424
Keeping in touch
I love that the app lets me communicate securely with my doctor and track my appointments. I also schedule my payments so I can do everything in one place. Sure beats having to call the office all the time.steadygait
MDVIP Connect, Doesn’t
If I could use negative stars I would. This app is worthless. I pay over $400/quarter & this is the best they have to offer? Splash screen appears & you wait & wait & then it crashes your phone. The messaging app is a joke - if you get it to work. Messaging strips out anything I try & paste in except text. There is no ability to edit a message & scrolling a message is hit or miss. My Internet connection is over 100 mbps so don’t let MDVIP tell you it’s your connection. None of the other menu items contain any data. If I didn’t like my doc so much I would remove myself from the hold MDVIP has on me.Show lessHowardDym

Wish I could rate this zero stars. Downloaded, needed to call for assistance to set up. Now, I tap app, it doesn’t open at all. Shut down iPad and restarted without any improvement. Deleted and reinstalled app...no change . It is clearly worthless for me, so I deleted it for good.BonAirGirl
Finally, all my tests in one place
I can finally see the results of my tests without having to log into five different doctor portals. Makes it easier to communicate when a specialist hasn’t updated his chart or I need to see someone new.Killing Dinner
