  • Messaging no longer works in app again

    I’m barely starting a second year with MDVIP and I’ve had issues with messaging in the App no longer working again. I like being able to communicate with my Dr but the app doesn’t seem reliable.
    Last time tech support didn’t seem to know how to fix it. They just had me delete app and download it again but it quit working after a while.
    In addition, there have been a couple of times I sent either a pdf and jpg file that my Dr couldn’t open. Also the process of attaching a file is cumbersome.
    I just deleted the app again and I hope that it works after I download it once more.

  • Worse than awful

    Don’t know what you did with the latest version but the app is now worthless as it won’t even open. For this I pay $2000 a year?
  • Cutting Edge technology - Not!

    Considering it’s connection to a revenue generating health care network this app is beyond pathetic... barebones doesn’t begin to describe it and the information it does contain hasn’t been updated for years in some instances.
  • Much more cumbersome than the website

    Reminds me of the way iphone apps displayed on an ipad when the ipad first launched - portrait mode only. Buggy. Takes longer to view information than if I simply logged in from the browser and navigated the website. Deleted the app after 2 minutes, so I cannot speak to the user experience beyond the initial impression.

  • Basically useless

    Unable to access previous clinic visit reports or previous lab results. I’ve had the app for over two years, have gone through its options multiple times, and still can’t really find anything that’s even remotely useful.
  • Horrible

    I just downloaded it and will delete it. It freezes. Then a blank screen. Get a new developer. I hope the medical care I paid for is better than this app. Developers: read the reviews and act accordingly!

    The app does not fully work. You cannot add or update the physician. Customer Service cannot resolve the issues. Tech Support cannot resolve the issues other than to have you delete the app and reload the broken app. For what we pay for MDVIP medical care, they should contract with someone that can build and support the user application. Please note the problems and low reviews for over a year now.

  • Bundles error?

    I’ve enjoyed using the app until recently when I keep getting this bundle error and to check back. Highly annoying! I don’t want to go to the website and have to login every time. Please help!
  • Add the ability to send photos again!

    So the app was working great. The Dr’s office loved the ability to send pics of medication labels. Since the update, I am no longer able to take a pic or upload a photo. Fix this ASAP please.
  • Developers don’t listen to users

    For the premium of mdvip you would imagine a slick functioning app, even if it only had the basics. But that is not what you get. I see many reviews here saying the exact same thing for over a year or two! And I’m shocked that there’s been no change, but the same response from the developer.

    Developer, instead of thanking us for our feedback or saying to call customer service, why don’t you actually improve the app? These are very basic requests. Extremely basic.

    Issues: everything

    Specifically:
    *Messaging: it is one long line to message doctor. The fix is simply making this more of a text box with multiple lines visible. Why is it only one long line, so you can’t see your entire message? I’m shocked that this hasn’t been fixed in years.
    *Records: I know I have records but it says I do not have records in the app.

    Based on the fact that multiple people are complaining and nothing has been done, don’t expect this to be fixed. It’s disappointing when you’re paying for a premium service.
