I recommend this app!
I have rentals in a few different locations, so belong to several Landlord groups, and every time someone asks for a recommendation for how to manage their finances, I highly recommend LandlordStudio.

Keyboard issue
I like how the app looks and functions, but I can't use it because the keyboard doesn't open when I try to enter things.Winterlydreams
Great app! Great customer service
I spent a few months researching different property management softwares. The trick was to balance product quality, scaling capability, pricing, and customer service. I have to say this software did it for my company. The pricing structure is very affordable for a start up company. The product quality is great! I see the possibility of this program to adapt to the needs of a growing portfolio. The interface is extremely user friendly and the customer service is superb. I tried other softwares and it would take days to set up and link bank accounts. Landlord studio had me up and running within 24 hours!!!! Truly a gem. If you’re a price, overheads conscious company who wants to strike a balance between quality and pricing, I truly think this app hits all the points! I highly recommend it. Used to be better
The app is great, unfortunately the developers are making more and more of it “pro” which means you have to pay to use a feature like future expenses.
When I first downloaded it and have downloaded the features were great, but slowly dwindling to the point of looking at going to spreadsheets again.am902911
I find this application very user-friendly
I am a blind person, I use voiceover, the screen reader built into Apple devices.
I find this application relatively easy to use, most buttons have alt text labels, if I do have difficulty navigating, customer service is quite responsive in fixing problems that prevent accessibility. I have not used any of the advanced features, I only have a duplex. But I am sure they work well.Show lessvoiceover Minneapolis
Missing just one thing!
I firstly, love landlord Studios as an app. If it had the ability for you to email copies of receipts or take pics for expense categorization and collection digitally for future reference like QuickBooks does, that would be amazing. Good tool, not great for UK Ltd company users
Great software, the most intuitive on iPad, iPhone and on the web compared to many other ones on the market.
However the banking integration seems very new , still need manual work as the incomes do not tag automatically to categories .. yet. Believe they are to fix this in March.
Also in my case. I have a mix of limited company properties and private properties. It’s not at all suited for an organisation, as currently and weirdly incomes to a Ltd company like rent are not being able to be categorised automatically or even manually on the bank transaction row. May be a future update.

Fantastic
I was using a 20yr old program that was getting very glitchy so started looking for alternatives and found Landlord Studio.
At first I was very sceptical as I had been using the old system for so long and wanted something that was essentially the same but of course ‘the same’ didn’t exist.
Anyway….. I went for it with landlord studio and I was right….. it wasn’t the same!!! It was far superior in every way. What a breath of fresh air, it is so quick, easy and intuitive. Mostly I worked it out on my own just by playing about with it but on the few occasions I’ve needed help then the help team have responded quickly. I would say i have cut my paperwork/ computer work by at least 70%.
At 50yrs old using new programs is daunting but I had no need to worry when it came to landlord studio.
Hopefully they will be around for a long time or at least till I retire lol!Show lessfeno4
Simple & Effective
Great app, allows you to view dashboard, track payments, add reminders for gas certs etc, extend tenancies. You can also run reports at the click of a button that you can export to excel.aaaabccccccdeeeeee
Great App for landlords!
LOVE THIS APP!! Does everything as advertised and more. Been with this app since the early days and there have been many upgrades, ALWAY for the better.
