I had given up on this app for a long time but I downloaded it after their iOS 11 update and it’s very nice! They fixed their slowness issue and updated the UI.
The app does what I need. It’s hard to update a recurring expense that you made a mistake on. Looks like you need to go back and edit each one!!!!
I wish they took In-App subscriptions via Apple Pay

But it's very slow. It doesn't matter if you're on FiOS (at home WiFi) or on LTE.
If you tap the tenant then log a payment, it takes a few seconds.
If they made a native app, it would be faster
