Extremely useful App
With three properties, including two multiple occupancy, tracking my finance, receipts and expenses was a real chore. However, with this App it is really simple to record everything and access it via the cloud. Taking a photograph of invoices as they are received and filing automatically against the appropriate line on the accounts really makes tracking finances so easy. Submitting this years tax return is going to be a doddle with the reports that can be produced in seconds from the data recorded. Brill.Show lessCoolkat9881
The straight dope
This app is useful and getting better all the time. The best thing about it, so far, is that the developers are EXTREMELY responsive to my email questions on app use. Seriously, they provide real customer support. As soon as they are able to implement rent collection (in the works), this app will be pretty much everything you need. Highly recommended.Show lessULY1

Excellent App - Highly Recommend!
I am new to this app and initially had a few questions. I sent emails to Tech Support and each time, I got a quick response! They are very interested in making this app the best and the response is like none I’ve ever experienced!! I asked for a specific report and attachment feature on the app and they replied stating they will add one feature to the next release and put the other in que.

So easy to use
I’ve used numerous property management programs in the past, and have been using Landlord Studio for about a year. This has been the easiest program to use, even more so than some of the big name softwares. The biggest advantage this program has is the mobile app. I can log payments and expenses on the spot no matter when I am when it comes in. Some other programs force you to wait until you’re at your computer. This helps me to never miss a beat and keep my business moving. Keep up the good work. When I got it going, I was very pleased with this app. I have previously written a bad review because of a problem caused by my own misunderstanding. I don’t seem to be able delete it. Please understand that I am in my 80s and make mistakes sometimes. The last thing I want to do is to blame these people for something they didn’t do.Show lessJudyWho?

Slow and laggy
Compared to the old property buddy or really any app, this is excruciatingly slow. It’s just a web app packaged up. Has increased the time it takes to do simple actions like log a payment 10x. Also has less features than property buddy. An ok app that fixes some bugs but a huge downgrade from the PropertyBuddy app that this is supposed to replace.Show lessbcyng

I love this app. It’s near perfect in its functionality. What I would like to see is a monthly automated email/text to the tenant reminding them of their upcoming rent due, but other than that, this app has been amazing to have.Heather.M.Lewis
Great App!
What a great app for landlords! With 80+ rental properties, I wouldn’t know what to do without this. Just the ability to list them and and type in notes is a HUGE help. Just starting with the app and already wouldn’t know what to do without it! 😁👍Ballenger Rentals
