The best landlord app out there
I’ve tried over 25 different apps, but this and it’s sister app Landlord buddy are the very best. I use both to handle different portfolios.
Very user friendly, amazing service and quick responses from their customer service team. You can see all the info at a glance as well as get a good number of detailed reports.
They are constantly evolving and adding features to keep this app on the top.
My advice save yourself the time and trouble trying out different apps... This is the queen of them allShow lesskogart
My Experience (updated)
I have never used such an intuitive property management app. This app has the ease of use for management. I am absolutely completely sold. This is my second review and this app deserves it.
After using so many management softwares and app, this is the one. I have used simplifyem, quicken, buildium, propertyware.
This app and webpage gives me the best cross platform that I was looking for.
Have a problem or idea, contact them and they respond within (longest has been 20 minutes).I don’t want them to get any bigger because then I’m scared they won’t be as good but they really deserve the notoriety. My next comment will be in BiggerPockets.

No they don’t offer an option for tenants to pay online in this app and in my experience that’s good. It can get real technical. I wouldn’t request it. Maybe a 3rd party cross platform integration. Online payments take time to process when not done by a financial institution, this app is for PM.Show lessHoot11

I have only just recently started using this app. So far everything has been working well and seems like great value for money.

Seriously. Life is busy enough trying to work full time, have a family, and have rental properties on the side. I needed something that would create some form of accountability and allow me to track my income and expenses. This does it. Inexpensive as well. A great price for what you get. Brilliant Software
I’m using it here in Melbourne Australia, managing 8 properties. It has met all my expectations. I do my data entry on the web portal and use my iPad and iPhone when I’m mobile for managing and lookups.
Got to hand it to the Poms, they produce very good software.Tony from Eltham Vic.

The simplicity to use and extent of the app is what makes it worth for me. I can tap in a few seconds and get the details about any tenant or property. I wish it could integrate with the bank so I can get rid of quickbooks! And avoid having to enter things twice.

Impressive
Still using the trail version but am loving what it is all about. Visually exciting & stylish & even though so simple does exactly what it needs to do. Have found it better to move to the desktop version to get all loaded up as bit too small on phone. Had a glitch & sent message to customer service & responded immediately.Show lessFrench Agent
Great So Far
I switched over from landlordy and to be honest it’s been great. The interface via browser is ok, however I prefer the app version. It’s much more eye pleasing in my opinion. The app provides everything I need to manage my apartments. I even emailed support and they got back to me in a few minutes. I was happily surprised. I recommend you try it out. You won’t regret it. I’m still on the trial but will switch to the paid version once it’s done. I’m sold!Show lessJbetincort

I've only used for a short time, but I like the intuitive user interface. Easy to use. Are there any movies to add additional functionality with listings directly to Zillow, collecting rents electronically, etc?richink6
