Used it for two years!
It is awesome. I love the following features: It has mobile and website/ desktop uses. Keeps track of rental income, expenses (stores receipt in cloud for taxes), mileage and notes. Does excellent reporting stores all my PDF and jpegs of my leases, credit report, driver licenses under tenant . Also stores property documents like CC&Rs, utilities info, and items based on the property that you give out each lease. In organization it stores universal forms like lease, rental condition forms etc. Allows me to access and store on the go via mobile app and email and text stored documents. Automatic email reminders to pay rent or notify when late. And many other features. It is awesome!Show lesstravelboy3
1st thing I noticed iOS
I’ve just downloaded and started to explore the app. I logged out and went to log back into the app and found that neither the user name nor password would populate and there is no option for Face ID. It’s not accessing my iPhone password manager nor has Face ID. There is no remember me function. That means manually typing all login info including a long complicated password. That’s disappointing. Excellent tool
Can’t recommend LandlordStudio enough. It gives me the tools to run my portfolio from my phone, the support is excellent and the app works very well.Farmerpaulo
Not recommended…use excel instead
Got it since it allowed for duel ownership of a rental property. However that was only on paper. Rent, expenses, nothing can be split between the two owners. Without that capability it is hardly better than excel.
Further, each property is charged separately and you get charged by yearly basis not monthly. So way to opt out if it is not working. You are stuck with having wasted the money.Show lessZangezah

Payment Processing Too Long IMO
I only manage 1 property, and I don’t feel like it’s worth the $6.99/mo for what you get considering payment processing time takes about a week or more. This is a long time when you’re counting on that money to pay your own bills. I will say any time I’ve reached out to customer support, I’ve always had a quick response and they addressed any questions/issues politely.Show lessChicago9
First class app with excellent backup
I’ve been using this ( or version before it ) for many years Easy to use Easy to produce reports Great for accounts and tax man But what’s most important is the first class back up you receive if anything goes wrong Rest assured they are there to help you And to me that’s importantMr. Michael Mansell
