  • Extremely disappointed

    I was overcharged for my subscription. For the first two years I was charged a nominal amount of $99.99 USD for the first year and $74.99 the second year. This year they tried to charge me almost $158 USD! I’m in Canada so that’s over $210 for me. When I tried to get someone to help explain this to me, no one could or would. I was extremely frustrated and finally ended up just canceling my subscription.

You do sound like you had our normal old price of $99, then a discount offer of $74.99 and when it renewed you were offered our normal price of $129.99USD. We however run specials a few times a year.   • Not actually compatible with Roku

    I love the range of shows on this app and haven’t had too many issues when watching shows but I am only able to watch it on my phone and computer. They say it is compatible with Roku but it always just says show is unavailable and won’t play. Don’t know if it is a roku issue or the app itself but it’s really frustrating I can’t watch it on there.

  • No casting/Streaming

    Been over a year that casting availability was “in the works” and you still can’t cast. Unfortunately this made me cancel the subscription. I don’t want to sit by the computer or watch it on my phone. Plus, I shouldn’t have to go out and buy “another” device in order to stream it. Multiple streaming services, and multiple devices. It’s really getting out of control! Very disappointed!

  • Very misleading

    The title of the app says Broadway HD however there are very limited shows that are Broadway based. Many are available on DVD or even YouTube. There are many which are filmed productions that aren’t necessarily taken from the stage. Trying to contact customer service was nye impossible
  • Very nice

    I enjoy this app and the shows very much. There is a lot to choose from. I wish if I stopped watching a show for a day or whatever the case is it would allow me to pick up where I left off, but it starts me over at the beginning.

  • I Love Broadway

    So I love watching broadway musicals. I love that this app is even available. The down side, it keeps buffering through the show, in 2 hrs, at least 30 times. When I step away, it doesn’t save the spot to resume watching. If they can fix this, this would be my go to app.
  • Freezes and Doesn’t Remember Progress

    App on AppleTV (installed today) freezes every 20-40 minutes. Backing out to menu to restart causes it to play from the beginning. Needs to remember last played point. Same problems reported in a review from two years ago. Switched to playing from website on laptop output to TV. Very inconvenient.

    So tremendously happy that Broadway is accessible to me outside of NYC.

    Would give the app 5 stars if they would provide more description about each show (like what year recorded?) I often google Wikipedia to learn more about the shows. It would be helpful to have it available in the app.

    I had a problem accessing the content. I tried to get customer service via email three different times. Nothing. Then I used the chat option. Eureka. But I’m still confused. Why offer the email option if no one ever responds?
  • Wow I’m dissatisfied and disappointed.

    Yeah I was eager to try this streaming app out boy am I dissatisfied and disappointed. Firstly it buffers so much, it doesn’t have a low quality version and it does not work when you try to cast to a tv which is the most disappointing thing about why is it an option if it doesn’t even work. Please update your firmware or update the heck out of it but a few minor bug fixes didn’t work.
