Life Changing

For someone as busy as me this app is next level helpful. I never have to worry about my yard, especially when traveling. I recommend this to all my friends and their friends. The app itself is very user friendly-props to the UI/UX designers and developers.

As a busy college student juggling a lot on my plate already, this app has helped me and my landlord, keeping all of us happy. One less thing off my to do list with ease! Definitely would recommend.

Amazing service, easy and hassle free!

Easy

I love that I don’t have to worry about sending my husband out to mow the lawn when we want to spend time together. It’s so easy to use and it’s fair priced. The customer service is quick and friendly and I love using this app! Highly recommend it.

Easy to use and reliable

I’ve been using Task Easy over the last few years. The service from Task Easy has been excellent and the contractors have been of good quality and reliable. On a couple of occasions when a contractor has dropped the ball the Task Easy representatives have been quick to find a replacement or rescheduled the the job.

Terrible service

Last year I used them and had one or two times where they rescheduled. But trying to restart the service this year has been a nightmare.

I asked to have my mowing started and they didn't schedule it until three weeks later. Fine, I figured they were busy with the start of the season. Then the first mowing never happened, they apologized and rescheduled it a week later. The second mowing didn't happen either. When I called they 'apologized' and tried to schedule it another week out, by this time my lawn had gotten very high and I told them I needed it cut. So they said they would get someone to cut it within two days.

Still hasn't been cut and when I called them they said 'Well we don't have control over the contractors' I told them that then they aren't going to be in business long and cancelled my service and my mom also decided not to even try it after this happened.

We always try to schedule the service date as soon as possible, but a lot depends on the local contractors, and sometimes it can take us longer to find a suitable professional. Absolute garbage

I asked for my yard to be aerated and fertilized. Two people showed up, put down about five reds of fertilizer and had a board with nails in it that they put into the ground a couple times. They spent thirty minutes at my house supposedly completing a task on a half acre of land. My wife was so concerned these people would come back to our house if I refused to pay that she said let’s just let them steal the $150 from us. I would recommend this service to no one, not even my worst enemy. If you feel like having money just stolen from you, use this app.

We try to maintain the highest standards of service and we thoroughly vet and screen our contractors, but since we cannot be present for every service, we rely on our customers to approve the work. In case when the quality of work is not satisfactory, you can always reject the work so you don't get charged for the work you're not happy with and talk to someone in customer service to help you resolve the issues. While it happens sometimes that the customers are not happy with their contractors, we have several options for them in place to resolve the situation to their satisfaction. Best service ever!!!

I’ve been using TaskEasy for a little over 2 years and they are amazing. My favorite part is that I get to see before and after photos of my lawn and can approve the work from my phone. I wish I could give them 10 stars, thanks for always making my lawn look beautiful!!

Easy to use and saves A LOT of time

I love the app and the ease of use. It’s been such a hassle finding someone to mow my lawn and getting quotes... this app makes it SO easy to order lawn mowing and pay for the service. They are good at communicating if the service ever gets rescheduled or delayed. I think some people have problems because of the local contractors, and when I had problems with my contractor last summer, I was told they always work on expanding their network so the service only gets better with time. This spring it’s been a breeze, I couldn’t be happier. I don’t mind a few day window for my lawn to get mowed for the price that I pay, and I literally never have to do anything, they take care of everything and I just need to approve the work and pay after.

Service is awesome! App is almost there.

People should disconnect the app from the actual service a bit. On-demand yard care is here to stay and TaskEasy simplifies the contractor shopping experience. As for the app, they just need to make some things more intuitive but the basics of getting notified when your yard has been serviced, reviewing actual before and after photos, and then approving the work is ALL there.
