    I use this app everyday for work. This isn’t my first cloud phone app I’ve had to use for work, but this is far and above the better experience.

    I can change any of my settings from here and text from my work number as well. Gives me some work/life balance.
  • Voice and meeting connectivity

    When call are made to desk phones from the app their is a lot of feedback and drop off’s
    Meeting via desktop from remote network have lags in presentation and I have given up using the video feature.
    At the same instant leaving all other variables the same but switching to zoom or teams makes the connection work without a hitch

    Super buggy. Unreliable service. Highly unrecommended for business use. If you need a second number for personal use maybe it has a purpose. Tons of calls lost, intermittent functionality within the app, I dealt with it for way too long. Finally it stopped working for a few days (without my knowledge) lost communication with clients, couldn’t message them, they couldn’t reach me either. Created a lot of problems for me and a bad perception with new and existing clients. When I called tech support they were unaware of the issue or how to resolve it. I decided to port my numbers to Verizon and Intermedia really made it difficult for me and Verizon to do so. Spent hours on the phone trying to port my numbers. I ported my most important line and gave up on my other lines. In the end it was a horrendous experience and I don’t wish that on anyone. Steer clear and get a real phone provider!!!!

  • Very good app

    My only complaint is basically that after dialing a number, the screen doesn’t go back to the dial pad empty, it still has the previous number dialed on it.
    Also some buttons are too small to press easily, such as the delete (number) button and the ‘hide’ button to leave the dial pad screen.
  • I would give ZERO stars if I could

    This app is by far the worst app I have ever used. It DOES NOT WORK. We have the desk phones set up for Unite in our office and those work just fine. But we also have some people who’ve tried to use the app when they’re away from their desk and it simply just does not work. When a call comes through to our main line and someone tries to answer the call from the app-

    1. There is NO noise. You can’t hear the person calling and they can’t hear you.

    2. When you answer from the app on a cellphone, the desk phones in our call rotation still ring as if the call hasn’t been answered yet.

    We have tried to get resolutions from “Support” more times than anyone in their lifetime should ever have to and they all seem to not have a clue of what they’re even doing.

    This app does not work. Do not waste your time downloading and trying to use it. You will not be satisfied

    Unite mobile/smartphone app works great! Easy to use.
    The flip feature ( route to/from my desk phone), is one button & “No worries “ about losing my calls.
    Clear- sound, great voice quality using both WiFi or cell data.

    I love the customer service. I always get help when needed. The phone system seems to work great so far. I would recommend this in a business setting.
  • Functional, but buggy

    It gets the job done and call quality is pretty good. However, there are a fair amount of bugs. The call screen buttons are randomly unresponsive and need to be tapped more than once, or tapped very precisely to work. Sometimes pressing them has a lag, such as dialing a number, and I’ll accidentally type the wrong thing. It doesn’t prevent me from using the app successfully, but it’s just annoying and adds some friction to the user experience. There are various other minor bugs that pop up, but more than I would expect. I also sometimes have to force exit the app to fix issues, such as it saying it cannot connect to make a call. Force exiting always fixes it.

  • Can’t answer half the time

    I’ve had a consistent issue with this app when I answer a call, the person on the end doesn’t hear me and I can’t hear them. Sometimes I get stuck in limbo with a little jingle sound after I pick up, and sometimes it’s just quiet. But yea, for a phone app, not being able to use the phone is a pretty big issue!
