Really bad app for such a beautiful helmet
Honestly this app is such an embarrassment for a company which prides itself on beautiful designs. I tried to sign up for an account through the app. It looks like an elementary school student coded it up. I tried to enter my name and email and the page just kept scrolling down and I couldn’t scroll back up. Lumos really ought to invest some money in outsourcing this to a better developer.

Turn signals stopped working!
It was working perfectly from October 2018 doing signals with Apple Watch and all, until this last version with its updates. I calibrated many times and still DOES NOT WORK. Any support or help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Help!!!! I want my old app back. I can’t use this new iPhone app.
Disappointing and frustrating
About a week ago when I first registered my helmet, I could map my ride etc. The program updated at the end of last week, and now it does nothing but show me battery level. This is ridiculous. The update is the worst thing ever. I hope this is fixed quickly. This can’t be meant to be the official app!

This surely can’t be the official app. Nothing works other than pairing and showing the battery level.
Ok helmet, bad ugly app, avoid
The helmet is kinda ok. Lose to good. Mine have issues with maintaining blinking rhythms. Turns out it’s resetting itself every 5-10 seconds. Support told me to do some things to fix it but it didn’t worked out. The app is ancient. Can’t really complain specifics. It’s just wrong on all levels. Starting from ‘you need an account in order use tour $180 helmet’. To not being able to update the firmware. Can’t even tell about squeezed instructions. They probably didn’t even tested it. So, avoid. Get something better for that money.
