Convenience I didn't know I needed
Who would've thought I'd want to pair my helmet to my phone?! Just started using it but it seems to be doing everything it promised👍🏼
Couldn’t even sign up
I was excited to download this app but was never able to even register on my iPhone . The error message “timeout” kept popping out . After restarting my iPhone 3 times , re-downloading the app 3 times as well , same error message kept showing . So I had to de install the app .. such a shame !!
Not working
The app does not allow me to login via Facebook or to register a new account. I get an Error timeout dialog with 0
Better tracking app
I like using the gesture feature with Apple Watch but to use that the Lumos tracker app has to be engaged. It is harder to read while riding than Strava. Please either give us a better app or allow the gesture feature to be enabled without having to use your tracker.

Love this product. Have been using it since was launched. Have got a new iPhone and unfortunately the Apple Health App won’t sync anymore....
Watch integration is not usable
1. You need precisely make your gesture to trigger a signal (correspondingly it doesn’t trigger it sometimes)
2. Sometime it triggers turn signals out of blue (so it’s very confusing to other people)

Decent helmet, crappy tech support.
I bought the helmet, which I like, but the app will not load on my phone. After several e-mails I was told they had to contact engineering. I am now in a holding pattern. As it turns out I needed to up date my watch. The app and helmet work well. It took several emails to reach this conclusion.
You now need an account to use the app
I DO NOT like the fact that you now have to create an account just to check your helmet’s battery status. Why not allow access to the helmet’s basic functions without an account, as before, and only require an account if you want to use the tracking features - which most people probably won’t as we already have numerous ways to do that. I’m a big supporter of Lumos helmet and was an early adopter, but guys I think you’ve misread the level of appetite globally for people having to create accounts and share data right now, especially when it wasn’t needed before. Bad move in my opinion.

Lumos helmet
I was among the first people in the Uk to preorder my Lumos Helmet. Admittedly it took at lot longer to arrive that I would have liked, and the lining was and still is poor, it is one one the best and safest helmets I have owned giving clear visibility in all weathers. To this end I was recently hit from the rear by a car traveling at 50mph plus. I was thrown to the ground head first. I suffered a fractured neck and spine, broken ankle in two places and a broken leg, with minor bruising to the head, saved only by the helmet.
All lights were on even though it was a bright morning sun. The Police commented on being so visible.
Thanks to Lumos I was lucky not to have suffered more injuries.

Nice to see battery notification, but
I get a notification about low battery level on the remote,but it says 0% on the alert when the remote is fully charged. Great idea, but execution needs improvement.
