Piece of junk
This app is horrible. It never opens, always says we’re checking to make sure it’s you and the hour glass spins and it never opens. When it does open the app is just outdated and poorly made. Get new developers.
App needs work
App is slow and shows there are alerts to review but no alerts show in messages. Not good for an ID company when any alert could be important.
Terrible app and website
The website almost never recognizes the password or email. Once you change it on the website the app doesn’t recognize the change. Every time I try to log in it requires me to change the password. Very inconvenient, and stupid.
Log in is required almost every time.
I signed in with login password and set up my Face ID after few days it erases everything and requires login password again. I wish I can upload the error.

Worthless
This whole service is a waste. Not easy to use and I couldn’t even get the prompts to connect me with a human when I was alerted of suspected fraud.
One Of The Worst
This is likely the worst app I have. Very unreliable. I get texts and emails about notifications and the app usually won’t work. I’ve reinstalled it many times. Nope. Once I put credentials in it just spins and spins.
After new update, app runs well and looks way better than previous versions.
Provides good details for the money.
Loss of Function
We no longer have the ability to interact with our credit to determine why it is receiving the given score.
App does not work
I just signed up for this service and tried 5 times to log onto the app. Cannot get in at all! What is going on here. Desktop dashboard is great but don’t offer an app if it doesn’t work.
App doesn’t work
This app locked me out and when I reset the password I get a logged out due to inactivity message every time. Save your money and time and go anywhere else.
