Hard time logging in
Once you entered your ID and Password it says you need to log in because you’ve been log out due to inactivity. It keeps going on that kind of process, They need to improve there app, otherwise We’ll find another company.
Disappointed
I only use this company because it’s recommended by Costco. This app is terrible as well as useless. I’m surprised Costco allows itself to be associated with this business. Please Costco find another vendor to offer this service.
App doesn’t work with iPhone 12 it crashes
Upgraded my phone and now the app isn’t working ..I try opening it and within seconds it crashes and closes
This app is terrible!
If you want frustration here it is! Try logging in after being out of the site for a while... it’s an endless loop of trying to log in only to be sent back to the same 2 screens over and over.
Same problem as other reviewers
I get a notification saying I have a breach, then I try to log in, it sends text verification which I input, then get message saying I was logged out due to inactivity. I see others have posted exact same for months now, and yet CID does nothing? I’m notifying Costco and if they don’t fix it, I’m gone. I may go back to Bank of America’s Privacy Assist which I was very happy with for years. I switched because of the Costco discount and the better $$ coverage, but not worth the hassle.
Update: I called the Costco CID number listed here and CID associate guided me through this. In my case, I wasn’t getting email to change password, so she sent the change password link to my other email, followed the link and was able to log in and change password.

Login doesn’t work properly
Every time I’ve logged into this app it offers Face ID setup but it doesn’t work. I get email notifications from the system, but logging into the app is a real pain and the app is not we’ll design in displaying content. I’d like to use this, can you please fund some work on it?
Worthless
This app will time you out before you can sign in or not allow you to sign in saying you already are signed in. On the few times you are persistent enough to get signed in you may have repeat alerts that you cannot delete. If I could give a negative star I would. Fix it!!!
Cannot log in !!
I don’t know why am writing this review because it appears Costco never reads them. Same issues as everyone else has stated cannot login. Every time I Login from my iPhone it says I am logged out due to inactivity. Costco please read these reviews and work with the company to fix these bugs. Come on now Costco. !!!!

Not sure what others are complaining about
This app works great and the Complete ID service is excellent for the price point. I really don’t get why other users are nagging such much about the app. I have an iPhone 11 with the newest iOS update and this app works just fine. With FaceID on, I have no issues with logging in or navigation the app. It’s not a super polished app by any means, but when it comes to getting a ton of info on the status of your identity, including updates to dark web results, credit score info, and more, it’s a great app & service for the low monthly membership cost. I’ve used LifeLock and Complete ID gives you WAY more info for the price, and once again, there’s nothing wrong with the app. It works great!

Terrible
Why is Costco still offering this? Experian should finally just kill this brand and move everyone their app/platform.
1) App is so slow it’s unusable
2) Logging in / staying in is a giant pain
3) App looks/feels designed in 2010
Costco has waited way too long to end their relationship with these people and I’ve no idea why Experian is keeping this brand around, it doesn’t have a good name. Thinking of cancelling both services for such terrible decision making.
