Used redbubble to buy some shirts before and it was great but my account was suspended and I can’t access it anymore. No idea why…

Don’t waste your time with this company
Only started my account and uploaded my own designs, mainly fruits and simple children arts what I made it long time ago. They suspended my account without explaining and I spent a day with this and I don’t know what is the problem with a stripes design, or a fruit one. They don’t even explain or point on one problem they suspend your full account and all of your hard work and time you spend with is wasted. I am so angry and frustrated as I worked so hard. If you have spend days or months and some idiots robot will find your work as a copy or see something terrible in a rainbow stripe design than prepare yourself it will wasted. Disgusting company

Search bar Results are Pathetic
For a shopping app, I have never found a more frustrating, and ill-conceived search function. 1) PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name or topic of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix of multiple listings for the same item from different sellers, but they are spread out throughout dozens upon dozens of different listings for different items (some not even remotely related to what the user types in the search bar).
SOLUTION: Group all of the exact same items that are being offered by different sellers all together.
PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix. Many are not even closely related to what you type into the search bar.
SOLUTION: Put all of those items that are an EXACT match, as relates to what is entered into the search bar FIRST when providing search results. Next, label a section “SIMILAR RESULTS,” and then however far removed from the actual search inquiry, at least shoppers will know that what they are looking at may air may not be related to what they are looking for. There are thousands upon thousands of apps for shopping sites. They all seem to have programmers that have figured out how to provide the correct results that a user enters into a search bar, so I would suggest it’s not difficult or impossible for Redbubble to do the same.

They don’t care about you
Redbubble is a scam company that doesn’t care about their artists at all. They suspend accounts without reason and half the time don’t even LOOK at suspension appeals. And when they do, they don’t tell you the reason for suspension. When you email them about it they respond with hostility and threats.
Their site is run by bots, and the bots decide if your account is suspended. They admit that mistakes happen and you can appeal, but then they might not even look at your appeal. They don’t seem to realize that these issues affect real people who need the money their art makes.
Their fees for standard artists are criminal (like 50%) and they take SO much from beginner artists.
Their customer service is nonexistent and genuinely doesn’t care about you as an artist. There’s no loyalty to their artists at all. They make so much money, and then they take more money from standard artists, and then they suspend your account for no reason, refuse to tell you why, and refuse to reinstate it, despite the fact that none of the listed reasons apply to your account.

Got the app then got band for starting a business
DO NOT USE REDBUBBLE. I wanted to start a side hustle business with my designs I had already created. Opened a store, was merrily adding my designs and adjusting for all the products. After 10 my account got suspended. Reached out to support and it just goes through a bot and they don’t review and its not reinstated. And I can never create another account. For years i’d been a buying customer from redbubble but never again. I would appreciate it if support would get back to me on this thread.

App doesn’t work half the time
I’ll go to use the app but nothing loads it just says “retry”
App is always buggy and shipping is a mess
I’m a longtime customer of Redbubble and I’ve been very disappointed as of late. I recently ordered some stickers and was given a particular delivery date range, only for customer support to tell me that range was essentially meaningless and I should wait an additional 5-7 days before contacting them again. I contacted them again after 7 days and needless to say I never received my order. They offered to reprint my order but after the initial issues and lack of communication, I wasn’t feeling very confident. Unfortunately they don’t provide tracking updates which I believe is due to the fact they have begun using 3rd party printers for their stickers. On top of this, when I attempt to login to the app I constantly receive errors and am unable to view order history or view any of the tabs without seeing the same error statement. I ended up asking to be refunded for my recent order, but I had to argue for them to add a refund for shipping too which was surprising to me. Overall, I really hope they change how they handle delivery for sticker orders, and if the shorter / earlier arrival date they provide is not realistic, I would much prefer they provide a more accurate estimated arrival date that is later and/or wider. I will probably not order from them again, especially gifts, as in this case the stickers were supposed to be.
