  • Search bar Results are Pathetic

    For a shopping app, I have never found a more frustrating, and ill-conceived search function. 1) PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name or topic of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix of multiple listings for the same item from different sellers, but they are spread out throughout dozens upon dozens of different listings for different items (some not even remotely related to what the user types in the search bar).
    SOLUTION: Group all of the exact same items that are being offered by different sellers all together.
    PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix. Many are not even closely related to what you type into the search bar.
    SOLUTION: Put all of those items that are an EXACT match, as relates to what is entered into the search bar FIRST when providing search results. Next, label a section “SIMILAR RESULTS,” and then however far removed from the actual search inquiry, at least shoppers will know that what they are looking at may air may not be related to what they are looking for. There are thousands upon thousands of apps for shopping sites. They all seem to have programmers that have figured out how to provide the correct results that a user enters into a search bar, so I would suggest it’s not difficult or impossible for Redbubble to do the same.
  • App is always buggy and shipping is a mess

    I’m a longtime customer of Redbubble and I’ve been very disappointed as of late. I recently ordered some stickers and was given a particular delivery date range, only for customer support to tell me that range was essentially meaningless and I should wait an additional 5-7 days before contacting them again. I contacted them again after 7 days and needless to say I never received my order. They offered to reprint my order but after the initial issues and lack of communication, I wasn’t feeling very confident. Unfortunately they don’t provide tracking updates which I believe is due to the fact they have begun using 3rd party printers for their stickers. On top of this, when I attempt to login to the app I constantly receive errors and am unable to view order history or view any of the tabs without seeing the same error statement. I ended up asking to be refunded for my recent order, but I had to argue for them to add a refund for shipping too which was surprising to me. Overall, I really hope they change how they handle delivery for sticker orders, and if the shorter / earlier arrival date they provide is not realistic, I would much prefer they provide a more accurate estimated arrival date that is later and/or wider. I will probably not order from them again, especially gifts, as in this case the stickers were supposed to be.
  • Read if you consider buying but are nervous:

    In my opinion (as I’ve been with this app for 3 years). It is one of the BEST. I’ve been seeing a lot of recent people’s comments but the app has been working fine for me. I’ve only bought around 30 stickers from the sight over a year ago I might add but I’ve been planning on saving to do more decorating in my room and this is by far my favorite place to find stickers from. Granted it is a little pricey (some stickers are like $7 a piece) but I’m totally willing to pay for the fact of, it never comes in bad condition and they are incredibly sticky so my stickers I bought years ago are still hanging up on paper perfectly. My advice is to try it, if your skeptical but only one or two cheap things and see how you like the outcome if you don’t like it don’t buy again if you do, then enjoy it and keep supporting the company and people who make the products :). Ps. Thank you to every single person who sells these products. Ps ps. Sorry for the long uncoordinated review!!!
  • Whole site is committing trademark infringement

    I’ve had my account suspended claiming I was underage. I am not. They didn’t bother to follow up with me, they just let it be. Zero help when contacting them. Obviously nobody does any kind of work over at Redbubble nor knows how to do their job as they couldn’t even verify my age. How do you verify my age? Curious. My original account was suspended for claims copywrite infringement, but it was my photo as I am a photographer. I don’t know how that’s possible when its my property. They declined to help.
    The site is based off trademark infringement. Redbubble claims that because it’s a “middleman”, they cannot be held accountable. Look it up, Atari vs Redbubble.
    I spent hours of my time setting up my account and uploading my content, it took you a few min to suspend my account claiming I was underaged.
    I hope you go out of business.
    Maybe I should start contacting companies and businesses to let them know their trademarks are being sold for profit on your site. You dodged one lawsuit, how many more can you handle?
  • They have an Account-Banning Bot

    Absolute garbage. Not just the app. Redbubble and their developers too. They have a bot that sifts through profiles and automatically bans them if the profile meets certain unknown criteria. I know several people who have had this happen to them; people who had Redbubble stores or people who were trying to start one up. Absolutely disgusting for an online company who wants to be and appear professional to implement something like that. What’s even worse is that the developers will not investigate the bans, nor will they respond to inquiries regarding the bans. They are a terrible company with bad internet mechanics and abhorrent ethics, useless customer service, and lower class products. Stay far away from these scummy people and their obsolete website, you can do much better on other websites who have competent and mature developers. Boycott Redbubble!
  • Let the buyer beware!!

    The person who coined this phrase so very long ago, had no way of knowing that they had accurately described an online market place that would show up years after the person was gone.
    That is phrase that should be echoed from the highest mountains to the lowest valleys in regards to this app/shop.
    My first order will also be my last as several of the items I ordered never arrived. The status shows that they were delivered but they were not. The only option for resolving this is to fill out a form with your info, then you get an auto-reply they will get back to you if it’s outside the “window” of delivery.
    I was unaware the “window” of delivery was a record setting bay-window. There has been no contact, and no resolution. There is no option for orders missing pieces on the customer service side, they believe themselves to be incapable of mistakes and as such will not entertain the possibility that they made a mistake.
    I implore you to look elsewhere for the hood or services your trying to obtain. If even one person can be spared from the loss of their money over something they can’t control, the efforts will be worth the reward.

  • Warning to sellers

    After a few days opening an account they suspended me. They have no obligation to tell you why (great way to better yourself lol) it literally could be ANYTHING because the whole company is run by these overly sensitive bots to look out for fraud. I posted 10 listings and apparently through another user had the same issue. You’re not suppose to add “too many” because bots think it’s spam lol. Even if you send them a request to reactive your account it takes 2 weeks and mayyybe consider adding you back. Lol don’t try to contact them any further because according to them you’ll make your situation worse! These people are clearly extremely sensitive probably only run by 10 live agents for only customers. If you’re a seller, good luck trying to get a hold of a live agent. Bottom line don’t waste your time and art with these sensitive Nacys. Go with Zazzle!
  • Scam! Not what you think it is

    Yeah my intuition was right. Don’t bother wasting your time on this platform. After doing some deep digging not using the typical web browsers I finally found out the truth about this company. Should have known. First off. I don’t know one single person personally who has even heard of Redbubble. And no one who has ever made a purchase from the site. If you are an artist please do not put your artwork on this platform. Read the fine print! You are giving away the rights to your artwork. They won’t pay you either even if they do sell your artwork to customers. The reviews are obviously fake. Then there are countless YT creators telling you to make and sell merch on there when they don’t even do it themselves. The overall quality of a human today is sad and pitiful. I’m sure this true review will be erased. The truth always gets deleted. That’s how todays world is. I will copy this and post it everywhere I can.
  • Still Waiting for Order

    I’ve ordered from Red Bubble for years and before it got popularly used it had great service and timely deliveries. I ordered some stickers ten days ago and it keeps pushing back the arrival date whenever it doesn’t arrive by the time it says. It’s been pushed back THREE TIMES NOW. The stickers are a gift and now I won’t be able to give it to them on time IN ADDITION there is not a customer service number available on the app or anywhere else. How is that even allowed???

    Update: They sent me a replacement order for free and even that has inconsistent tracking details. Redbubble says it’s here in my town’s Post office yet I called the post office and they stated it’s not here yet because they don’t have a receipt. That is two packages gone “lost” and I’m thoroughly upset. I received an email from a Senior Customer Service Representative and they stated, “Sadly we do not have control over the shipping. Once an order is placed, it is sent to a third-party printer to deal with it, including shipping,” and that is a huge issue. If packages keep being lost, as i saw some other reviews stated, then choose a different delivery service! This is absolutely horrible.
  • Mixed Quality, Shady Website though

    WARNING!!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE SAME 255 REVIEWS APPEAR FOR EVERY PRODUCT!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION SOME ITEMS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!

    Being unable to review products is a problem when buying things from 3rd-party vendors you don’t know. I have received bad quality items and great quality items, but this app/website lacks integrity. You have no idea if what your buying is legit because the reviews aren’t about your specific product.

    I bought a black and white poster that looks like something a child would print using the copy and paste tool. It was garbage. I am leaving this review because I cannot review this direct product or rate the 3rd party vendor directly. The only way I can critique them is through the AppStore. This isn’t right and needs to be fixed. If you don’t want to waste your time, go somewhere else!!
