  • Pretty Straightforward

It’s an app for banking but it can also help to build credit. I recommend them to people at work a lot because you also get instapay, which is a feature you can use to take out of your paycheck in advance, and you can build your credit. They’ve also got a sort of deal(???) with some places where you don’t get charged a fee to reload your card like with cash app or other similar apps. I’m a pretty loyal user, I’ve used it for the last two-three years or so and it’s never once been deleted or undownloaded for whatever reason so I think that’s pretty good. The weekly pay and the savings pockets are also really good, especially since I have a lot of areas I’m saving for. You can create up to four of these pockets and I’ve got all of them filled lol

Great app, great customer service, and pretty easy to set up and use.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you're enjoying ONE@Work!💙
  • The update destroyed help for employees right before Christmas

I had been a faithful user of this app up until this past week with this new "update". My employer reviews our timesheets at the end of our two week work schedule, not daily. If I submit my time it is on a two week cycle, we do not receive daily time approvals even though we do use workday to submit time. Which means you've essentially lost the business of one of the largest companies in the country. How can you say you partner with us, when you have taken away our ability to receive the help that some of us need? I would need to fill out and submit for approval, two weeks worth of time in order for the one@work app to upload my time and approve my instapay. Back to not being able to afford life anymore, and right before Christmas when I could have really used the help, the most.

  • Disappointed With The Changes!

I had been using this app faithfully for at least 2 years when it was Even & had absolutely zero problems. When it changed to One@Work and my employer made updates—it is pointless now like others have mentioned. The app stated it would no longer go by your previous paycheck to determine your InstaPay amount but instead would use your daily hours submitted via WorkDay, and that was no problem. The issue is that you can log your hours in WorkDay but they have to be submitted & APPROVED by management first and THEN you can use the instapay. I reached out to support several times to even make sure that was correct because honestly it’s pointless and actually impossible as leaders don’t even review and approve timesheets until usually the day after the pay period ends …Not every single day or even every week… So yeah, I had a good run with One@Work but I sadly won’t be using it any longer.

Also side note: The constant all black background is aggravating and ugly. At least have an option to where you can do a light/dark mode 🙄
