Restore purchases failed
As soon as I updated the app access to my purchases has been denied, even after I removed the app and re installed it as suggested by developer. I tried several times to restore purchases to no avail, i also tried to send a message to the developer but that failed as well. Please fix the bug and restore my purchases.Show lessseaclair
To upgrade you have to delete the previous version
It’s a little counter intuitive, but it works.
You also have to purchase all previous filter packs too, but they’re free after the system recognizes that you already bought them.c0ppert0p
My suggestions
It”s very important see the effects before and after, maybe with bottom or back arrows.
When choice a filter it”s important display in the photo the name of filter for remember it
There are many filters (it’s good) but when I choice one I go to next filter that like it, I must see the previous for compareShow lessjoserios55
Too Sales Oriented
From the minute you open the app you constantly are bombarded with prompts to upsell you on its add-ons/subscription . I gave it 3 stars because it might be a good app but after 5 minutes of constant pop-ups etc I decided to delete the app. Developers-If you are willing to offer a free trial, give people a chance to use the app and then make the upsell pitch.Show lessJPCinPHX
Mostly Good’ish, Lacks Luster.
Most of the B&W filters are a redundancy after the first 12. App does not allow you to zoom in on your photo. App does not support landscape users. Overall the app provides some nice editing features (bokeh, dust & grain, fog-which is way to heavy, two-color which is also really heavy & fake looking) & edited photos transfer well without compression. IMO it’s a $5 app.
CLOUD DOWNLOADS OFTEN DO NOT POPULATE INTO THE APP! This often requires shutting the app out and trying again.Show lessset fire to everything
Wonderful app
The B&W filters are great but I obtained this app to add a border and 3D canvas to my photo after seeing someone else’s images on FB. With a border and canvas, my photograph looks like a work of art! The other feature I really like is the ready lists of hashtags to copy into my Instagram post.
The message on the hashtag page says that all I need to do is shake my iPhone to communicate a new hashtag category. This does not work with my iPhone 7 Plus. Please add categories for Birds - one for shore birds, one for garden birds and one for raptors/birds of prey. If those categories get added, I’ll upgrade your rating to 5 stars.Show lessSusanF2013
Awesome App!
This app is one of my favorite apps for any black and white conversion! It makes turning images into black and white simple and fun. The extra features a plus as well! I use this app almost weekly!! Best app out there for your black and white needs!!Heatherwilson8
For Payers Only
I was captivated by the stunning images on the front. I was also skeptical of the people who raved about the terrible quality of the app. So I downloaded it.
I must say that it does its job: provide you with black-and-white filters. However, you only have access to the first four filters before you have to pay. If you pay, you get the rest of the filters, textures, and whatnot.
The free filters aren’t that much different from the filters in your default photos app. So if you only want to stick with the free filters, you’re better off with your regular photos app. But if you’re willing to pay, the filters look amazing, and it’s promising. Love It
Excellent, simple, powerful, professional app. The workflow is logical and the presets are perfect. Very easy to get stunning results quickly. It is also very powerful. I highly recommend the additional presets, such as, texture. There are several and they are reasonably priced. All in all a great app. I have it on my iPhone and on my iPad. The one thing that does need attention is the ability to run the app in horizontal mode, on the iPad.Show lessFujiShooter
Just what I was looking for.
For a while now I have been trying different editing apps and what I bought was doing me just fine until one day I came across carbon...I instantly fell in love. I love black and white photos and this is just what I needed for what I do. In addition they just came with the desk top version. I wish I didn’t have to pay for mobile and desk top but that’s neither here nor there I have them both now and I have no complaints.
