I’m not able to log into this app. I know I’m putting my information in correctly! It’s extremely frustrating!

Doesn’t work
I’ve downloaded this app twice and I can’t get passed the login screen. This app still has motor bugs that need to be fixed

Only worked for one day after that it just keeps showing an error code and telling me to call support ... which I did just to be told that she doesn’t know what’s going on and to just delete the app and use a computer instead -_- don’t you think if I wanted to use my computer I would; but NO there is a reason your company created an app to be more helpful for us to be able to check it from where where so how are you telling your costumers to just delete it and use the computer instead? . I Never EVER had any problems with ADP but now that my job decided to switch to this is just a nightmare. I just wish you had more helpful costumer service and that they ACTUALLY wanted to help not just someone that’s going to tell you sorry I don’t know what’s wrong you are better off deleting the app and using a P.C.

Touch ID/ Face ID
The oasis app gets locked into permanent crash cycle every time you open it if you try to turn on Face ID/Touch ID. If one does that it can only be fixed by deleting and reinstalling.
App keeps crashing
This app keeps crashing. I can’t even get into the point of putting in my user ID and password. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it in order to get on.
Face ID on iPhone
Why can’t you guys keep this app update I pretty sure people use it all the time it’s annoying that it dosent work wit my Face ID and I have to put my password all the time
