My iPhone is connected to my hearing aids but the app won’t connect to my hearing aids
Since you’re most upgrade i’ve had nothing but problems with this app. The app won’t connect to my hearing aids even tho my iPhone does. Please help - fix the upgrade! Half the time my hearing aids don’t connect to the app. I keep having to turn my iPhone off and restart and then put my hearing aids on to connect. Also many Times the app connects to my iPad instead of my iPhone. This app is so buggy it’s driving me crazy. In the app I can’t control which devise I want to connect to. Seems to me this app needs a complete overhaul!
Since you’re upgrade, I can’t connect to my hearing aids at all no matter what I try. Turned my phone off and on. I have reinstalled the app nothing works. Please fix this.Show lessphipau

New beltone hearing aids
I had my previous Beltone hearing aids for 10 years w/ no problems but since they have changed the silicone tips that fit inside the ear canal, they constantly clog w/ ear wax plus both ears constantly itch. I didn’t have these problems before. This is not something that I would buy again if Beltone does not make appropriate changes.Show lessFlorida tan
Faves not useful
I’d like to use FAVES to switch between various sound settings however they’re useless. After setting a Fave once you return to a previous mode the Fave settings persist and it’s necessary to reset the mode in order to get settings back to previous settingsRG !
Staying in my ear. This is the worry I have. I am scared of losing them.
They are expensive and I would worry less if I could find them easier. If they played a noise, I could play on my phone and find them. If they played loud noise if they were lost. Or as soon as they were out of position, they alarmed.llsrky
Poor programming
I have replaceable batteries in my devices. My first gripe is the app never reads the battery level day in and day out. Battery level is always 100%. I’m told cuz my devices are NOT rechargeable. Second programming issue. Leaving my iOS phone Bluetooth on I find that opening the app requires it to connect to my devices. Why doesn’t the app automatically connect as soon as I put my devices in my ears when my Bluetooth is already on. Get better programmers!!!!Show lessRetiree Prof
My visit.
From the beginning to the end both the front office and my hearing therapist where great. Every thing was explained in detail and I felt very relaxed and confident when I left. I only wish we were closer together so I could keep visits up to date and with people I trust. Thanks for everything and most of their support.

App needs work!
Im new to having hearing aids and everytime I launch the app my hearing aids are not connected then there connected no matter when launch it hearing aid should always stay connected to app so that app can detect problems and deliver updates.. my I phone 12 pro max always shows hearing aids connected to my device.. also would be nice to have better control over hearing aid settings to tune to more natural hearing. Especially to when hearing needs be set differently for each ear to balance hearing..Show lessBatman51079
