A good app if you use hearing aids. I find the hints helpful at times. The make your own personal hearing mode is lacking in detail. I felt lost as to what some of the functions did. Overall I enjoy this product.Dannym7500
iOS 15 update????
When will there be an update for iOS15? The app fails to find my hearing aids or drops out frequently during the day, rendering it useless! Very frustrating when I can’t stream to my hearing aids, which was one of the reasons I got these hearing aids.annejhealy
Only some features work
The find my hearing aid feature doesn’t work on the latest BeMore app. Always reports a lost hearing at the same location the one that is not lost is at. The feature that allows you to ask for help doesn’t work. The message never goes anywhere. Just stays in the app. You can control some of the settings but only over a very limited range. Find
Recently had to use the FIND. Error message said NOTICE must be set to ALWAYS. Needs a link to the correct setting menu. Wasted a lot of time between the hearing aid menu and the general menu trying to get correct setting. Better yet let your software temporarily make the. correct notice settings. I am a heavy user and if I had trouble many others will too.
Once correctly set up FIND worked well.

Frustrated
I have had great difficulty in using the different programs on the Beltone application.
This has been very frustrating to not be able to go to a different setting from outdoor to restaurant setting. In fact, it is stuck on one setting and will not move.dickspick
Updates / Beltone slow
With this last update I have now lost connection with both aids everything ok until I did update yesterday with my old I phone 7 I could hear text message ring in aids when I went to the I phone 11 I cannot receive text in aids been waiting a year for Beltone to fix so I am now looking for a new brand that wants to keep up with technologyShow lessgaffer 219
Roll back an update
Loved the app until the most tecent update to version 1.0.45. Since then after using the “focus on stream” when the stream is pauses it used to revert back to hear all setting, and when i click on play it would auto go to “focus on stream”. How do i roll bac to previous version?cruester68
Connectivity Issues
Connectivity with my hearing aids frequent disconnects-for one ear. I am using the newest version of Beltone‘s Hear Max software and using Apple‘s newest iPhone 12 and related IOS software. Return the local office and they upgraded all hearing aid components, problem remains. Since her consistent connection is needed to maintain clarity on a phone call, this connectivity issue makes using the aids an issue.Show lessONT. .
