App needs improvement for connectivity to hearing aids an also more options to change sound quality an volume change so you have full control of the hearing aid from factory settings to how they are set up at the audiology appointment an be able to turn them into your ideal pair once start using them for everyday useShow lessjrmoar
Reliable Bluetooth connectivity is terrible.
The app continually drops fat too often. The left hearing aid can’t connect to the app. To correct I turn the phone off and restart the phone. Sometimes this works sometimes not.
If this fails I have to delete the app, reinstall and go through the pairing sequence again. Your history of updates seems to constantly refer to improving connectivity but I can’t see any improvement. This is not good enough.Show lessSticks 31

If you want overpriced non water/sweat resistant hearing aids AND the one in Weatherford Texas the guy there purposely broke one of mine while I was in the office.
As soon as he found out I wasn’t going to purchase the new hearing aids he was trying to sell me, he took them out of the room we were in and when he came back one of them was broken he said. I told him they have been working for three years until today. The man said that will be $80 if you want it repaired.

Fails to maintain Bluetooth connection
At least 6 times a day I have to turn off my Bluetooth and turn back on so that the app will remain connected to the hearing aids. The equalizer changes randomly during the day …. So that the quality is a huge problem.
Almost a crime to spend 5k and be unable to use the aides on a daily basis. My next set will certainly not use this app.Show lessWoodeneye69

My dilemma
The right ear did not work well. I am on a fixed income and it cost $60 to have them checked. After spending $7000 to buy them I thought they would last for life not 4 years. I am still making payments to my credit card and all I hear is that my hearing aids are obsolete! I am not a happy camper.Pancrato

Horrible app
I’ve had my hearing aids for over a year now. The app is junk. I wish it actually did the things it was supposed to…if it did, I would love it. I’ve had to reinstall the app multiple time to get my hearing aids to connect. Half the time my aids don’t connect to phone calls or sound on my phone. I have to shut the phone down and reset everything to get it to work. I really wish they would invest in fixing it, because the app has a lot of promise (if it would just connect to my hearing aids).Show lessKSU_2010
