Nice app but forces me to have to reprogram the Bluetooth every day upon taking outta charger, forced to turn off Bluetooth and the device for them pair with the App. So it’s going from cutting off Bluetooth, phone and Hearing Aids then turning them back daily in sequence to get the app to pair with devicesShow lessrockspaperscissors

Doesn’t stay connected
I bought the best hearing aides Beltone sold 3 years ago and that app didn’t stay connected. I updated my iphone to the max. Didn’t work. Beltone came out with new hearing aides with Hear Max app. Same problem, won’t stay connected and my left hearing aide was replaced because it was defective and the replacement stops charging after being 90% charged. What a total waste of money! I miss phone calls and texts because the app isn’t connected.Show lessScotie Black
