Beltone App
The hearing aids are great but they “unpaired” from the app today for no reason. I updated my iOS so maybe that’s it? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled more than once. I tried to pair the app to the hearing aids but it won’t happen.

Help? Anyone?

Love to hear
My hearing aids have made my life so much better. I’m 79 years young and still work, now I can hear my customers when they come in or call. I have 11 grand children, 11 great grandchildren plus two more on the way. And one Great Great Grandson. I’s a pleasure to be able to hear them laughing and talking.

Unreliable
Since last iPhone update App Crashes. Will not run unless has fresh battery and even then locks up and have to delete and download again. Nice when it works.

Newbie’s Dilemma
Still getting acclimated to these new ears.
Having to mask on and off created a challenge along with taking off over head garments.
It made me very conscious about them be in place and secured that I purchased a set of retainers for just in case.
Getting the correct balance on various situations is still ongoing.

I’ve been wearing Hearing Aides for about 8 years. I’ve tried several brands. I’m still getting familiar with my Beltone. I was disappointed at first but the Specialist I work with at Beltone is doing a great job of making me comfortable with these. And I’m more optimistic as I gain more knowledge and confidence that I made the right choice.
