Thus app worked well for the first 6 months. Now the sound drops out on the left hearing aid several times a day usually when I take a phone call, or use other apps. Need to switch phone off then on. InconvenientSmcn303
What can I say
I find my old hearing aids were more comfortable, these behind the ear style I am constantly pushing back in my ear, the hearing max does not keep contact with my phone and no one can tell me why.Doc Burrito

Adjustments needed
It’s really hard when you find the right adjustments just to have them reset every day. Isn’t great for someone with anxiety issues. Other than that is helpful with the many options.Angelbear9574
