Purchased a picture package, only half are there, sent multiple emails, same response, which is , try again. Been 4 days, still missing two days worth of pictures!

Bad service

I went on January 3rd to Xplor park. Purchase a picture package that they offer by showing you really good quality videos. They said it would be available the next day and only some pictures were NOT the β€œ360” videos. It took them until January 11 to respond back to me sending links that didn't show the videos still. When I finally got my video I am so surprised to see the BAD quality of the video. In the videos the image is repeated on both sides. That is not "360".
And at the bottom it's all distorted. My face, arms, everything. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Show something and not sell it. I repeat again, This video is not like the one shown as an example and I would like my money back. We are not at all happy with the product. Apart from the problems that we have already had from the beginning, not being able to access the videos and having to wait 8 days after our visit to get a response from you. I have now requested a refund over email and have been ignored .

In my 38 years of being alive and visiting world renown theme parks l have never received the most incredible customer service like I did at these parks. The staff is amazing very polite, very energetic, they definitely make the experience worth everything .just flawless...also I have never been to a park that is built in a natural habit . I cannot say enough good things about the staff the food the attractions.. if you go you will not be disappointed.

Quits when I press on parks

Review of XCARET!

My family and I come from New York City. We came to XCARET on vacation. It is very beautiful and very well maintained. They are super very clean and using all precautions and prevention of Corona Virus. They require masks all the time except when eating there delicious buffet food.
They enforce and offer you Gel sanitizer everywhere also social distancing is all over the park. Everyone is compliant and staff is very nice! Excellent park. The show are worth every dollar spent and more. They are professional and spectacular. The buffet is fresh and delicious. We swam with the dolphins and it was a remarkable experience that we shall never forget. Thank you XCARET! For making my family happy during these COVID-19 times!

Amazing place but didn’t get all our photos

We paid a lot for our photos but only received a few missing many photos :( from our groups wrist bands

Very useful app with 1 disappointment.

Found the app very useful in planning our Xcarat trip. Great for prioritizing our activities. Kind of wish prices were provided on experiences with additional costs.

We went to Xplor today. Beforehand we looked closely at the experiences seeing from the description they were a little more adventuresome.

There was NO MENTION of height restrictions within Xplor however when we arrived we were told our 5 year old wouldn’t be able to participate in anything. After complaining a bit and mentioned how the app misguided us the check in lady said maybe there was a few things she could participate in. My husband and I switched off the activites we wanted to do and then went on the River Cave Raft as a family.

UNDER RESTRICTIONS FOR XPLOR NEEDS TO BE UPDATES WITH HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Especially where for examples it says Ambivious Vehicle: 2 adults & 2 kids. Thanks.
