And at the bottom it's all distorted. My face, arms, everything. That is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Show something and not sell it. I repeat again, This video is not like the one shown as an example and I would like my money back. We are not at all happy with the product. Apart from the problems that we have already had from the beginning, not being able to access the videos and having to wait 8 days after our visit to get a response from you. I have now requested a refund over email and have been ignored .

They enforce and offer you Gel sanitizer everywhere also social distancing is all over the park. Everyone is compliant and staff is very nice! Excellent park. The show are worth every dollar spent and more. They are professional and spectacular. The buffet is fresh and delicious. We swam with the dolphins and it was a remarkable experience that we shall never forget. Thank you XCARET! For making my family happy during these COVID-19 times!

Very useful app with 1 disappointment.
We went to Xplor today. Beforehand we looked closely at the experiences seeing from the description they were a little more adventuresome.
There was NO MENTION of height restrictions within Xplor however when we arrived we were told our 5 year old wouldnβt be able to participate in anything. After complaining a bit and mentioned how the app misguided us the check in lady said maybe there was a few things she could participate in. My husband and I switched off the activites we wanted to do and then went on the River Cave Raft as a family.
UNDER RESTRICTIONS FOR XPLOR NEEDS TO BE UPDATES WITH HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Especially where for examples it says Ambivious Vehicle: 2 adults & 2 kids. Thanks.
