  • Amazing place but didn’t get all our photos

    We paid a lot for our photos but only received a few missing many photos :( from our groups wrist bands

  • Very useful app with 1 disappointment.

    Found the app very useful in planning our Xcarat trip. Great for prioritizing our activities. Kind of wish prices were provided on experiences with additional costs.

    We went to Xplor today. Beforehand we looked closely at the experiences seeing from the description they were a little more adventuresome.

    There was NO MENTION of height restrictions within Xplor however when we arrived we were told our 5 year old wouldn’t be able to participate in anything. After complaining a bit and mentioned how the app misguided us the check in lady said maybe there was a few things she could participate in. My husband and I switched off the activites we wanted to do and then went on the River Cave Raft as a family.

    UNDER RESTRICTIONS FOR XPLOR NEEDS TO BE UPDATES WITH HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Especially where for examples it says Ambivious Vehicle: 2 adults & 2 kids. Thanks.

    My trip is tomorrow, but I am not able to make the app work. It is stuck in the loading screen.
