Wait times not working
This app used to be great for tsa security lines wait times. It no longer works for the last 3-4 months. If they fix it I will change my review to more stars.
Security Wait Times not showing any data
It is already a pain that SeaTac forces you to download the app to check wait times but lately it shows no data at all. Has been like this for a few weeks now.
Not worth the download
Downloaded the app. The only thing that functions is the airport map. None of the potentially useful features like security wait times or parking info actually work. Save yourself the time and skip this app.
Doesn’t do much
I downloaded it for info on an upcoming international flight and none of the tabs giving that info would work - they’re all a blank white screen. Couldn’t look up my flight out either. Popped over to light rail transport with the same result. Seems like the only that that works is the maps to dining and shops.

Not working!
I love this app when it’s working, but it’s been over a month now where it’s pretty much dead in the water for adding flights! So disappointed as I always appreciated that I got notifications first though this app long before getting the notification from the airline the flight was booked through. Please get this fixed soon!

Good when it works
It would be nice to have this app working consistently. Sometimes I’m able to see TSA wait times, sometimes they’re not listed at all. It would be nice to see flight times, but sometimes they can’t even find the flight. When it IS working, it works well, when it isn’t, it’s useless.
Security wait time not showing up
This app is literally good for only one feature, which is estimated security wait time, but now it’s not working at all. What a disgrace! Extremely low quality control.
Used to be a good app
Used to use this app all the time. It had accurate info on the security wait times. Unfortunately, I did an app update and it hasn’t worked since. Currently, this app is useless. In addition to the security checkpoint info, most of the info on the app doesn’t work.
Great Concept - Poor Execution
This app is great when it works correctly, which lately has been “occasionally” or “not at all”. I use the TSA wait times tab the most, but it can be pretty inaccurate at times, so I can’t fully rely on it. Also, like recently, it doesn’t work at all. I’m sure they will blame airport construction for the app issue, but the boards at the airport are still working.
