Notification

Flight notifications won’t stop even when deleted bug needs to be fixed.

Love this for way finding!

This app is so easy to use and helpful! I can’t keep straight where gates and the shops and lounges are, it’s so awesome to have the map with directions!

Was able to find exactly what I needed

I am traveling with my pets today, so I wanted to make sure I knew exactly where the TSA pre-checkpoint was, where the pet relief area was, and where my gate was, and what food was available. Was also promptly alerted to a delay my flight.

For the map, I think it would be useful to be able to see multiple locations on the map (eg the TSA pre-check checkpoint, pet relief area, and a restaurant at a gate).

Worked great though! No crashing, no performance issues, no weird glitchiness.

Never Ending Flight Alerts

Mostly a good app while at the airport, but unless you want to see how often your alert can go off, do not sign up for flight alerts. Added a family member’s incoming flight to an alert. Then found out either Sea Tac or Alaska Airlines likes to play round robin with their incoming flights, and got numerous notices about gate changes, some as frequently as every 15 minutes. Decided I had enough and unselected alerts for that flight, thinking that was the end of that… nope, alerts continue no matter what you do.

It’s ok

I was going to give it 2 stars but I got really excited when I saw the information on the “all-gender bathrooms”. Happy to see men being able to invade the women’s restrooms at the airport. Nowhere is safe no matter how much of a “safe space” they claim.
As far as the app, it could do more. They push all this automation and AI and it is underutilized.
SEATAC is trash. It’s the worst airport in the country.

Security wait times aren’t accurate.

The wait times in the app don’t match what they show you in line which doesn’t match reality. Listening to the wait times on this app is a good way to miss your plane.

Wrong security line information compared to monitors

If there’s one thing it needs to get right, it’s having correct information about the security wait lines.

Not only does it does different wait times than the monitors in the airport, but when a checkpoint is closed it shows it as open with <5min wait.

App is just a proxy that opens website links

The point of an app is you complete all actions within the app ecosystem. This app is always redirecting you to the portseattle website to do anything!! Pointless app

Missing the info you really need.

Most of the info provided is redundant or easily accessible in the airport, and sometimes inaccurate. Missing things that travelers might need to know; hours the train doesn’t run, scannable flight board, etc.

Useless for critical information

Extremely critical information like train status (e.g. station closure) is not in this app. If your gate is at a satellite station (N or S) you will only find out a station exit is closed by going there in person.
