The app will soon not let you login

The mobile app (ios) was good until my wife not able to login with correct credentials. However logging in website is good. Then same thing happened to me as well, i can login to website with same credential but not in the app. Even with repeated “forgot password” , wont send any in your inbox. Food is good, but app sucks!
