Very Bad Experience
The app is not accurate to determine the location location and so driver went to a different street, waited, in the wrong street even though I tried to direct him but he could not find his way so he cancelled the trip and I was charged because of the bad app location.
I ordered yellow car but after communicating with him it was not yellow!!Show lessBirini

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeeny. The drivers provided were untrained, resulting in an accident with the first driver and the second driver asking for cash instead of using the app. I reported these incidents to customer service, but they failed to resolve the issues and even deducted charges without reason. It's frustrating that Jeeny doesn't have a customer service number, as my attempts to contact them through messages have gone unanswered.Show lessFaisal 432789

Very hard to navigate through map your destination and how to add favourites. Very confusing. Also when there is extra money being owed, it’s not clear how to pay it after your trip causing unnecessary delays.Reef831
