Best experience I’ve had over the years being picked up from the airport. Brilliant service from the app to telephone assistance directing the best instructions of where to meet the driver. Made very stress free and easy. Comfortable warm drive clean car and nice man driving 👍🏻
Airport run
Great service there and back and a good price. The drivers were there on time both ways and were both really friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
Poor service
I booked a taxi early this morning for 3:20pm because I was picking my daughter up from school. The job was not sent to a driver until 3:20. It was accepted and the driver was 8 minutes away. Once that time had elapsed I rang the office. The automated message then said the driver was 20 mins away. I then spoke to an operator who resent the job and the driver was still 15 minutes away. We ended up getting picked up 30 minutes after the time I requested. As a regular and repeat customer this is absolutely unacceptable. Me and my 5 year old daughter were left stood in the cold. It’s one thing having me stood in the cold but leaving a child stood there is really not fair on her. I expect a full refund or my next journey to be free or I will have to stop using lynx and find a different company to use. When speaking to the operator I wasn’t even offered an apology.

Always reliable and on time
We have been using Lynx for a couple of years now and the app is great, really quick and easy to set up and easy to use. Pre booked rides always arrive on time and booking a ride from the airport using the app, the wait is around 5 minutes maximum.

Very Reliable Service for another airport trip. Both trips I have had lovely drivers. On time. Text Messaged me in plenty of time to say they are on their way.

My driver continues to set the standard for customer service in all he does. Clean well presented vehicle ( no warning lights on dashboard).

Taxi to airport 5:45
Assan arrived on time and was extremely helpful loading our luggage, one of which was a bicycle in a carry bag, for which he moved the seats to accommodate. He was very pleasant and made the early start more enjoyable. We wanted to tip him but we had no cash and he couldn’t add to the amount on the card machine as the fare was pre-set. He really was an excellent taxi driver.

Ok, but “via” has been removed
App bookings have started to issue receipts again, they were missing for 2+ years.
The “via”, multi stop / multi drop function has been removed. For multi stop rides I have to use a different provider. Seems a daft decision given that function used to work fine.
Otherwise the app generally works fine. I’ve not had the problem, recently, of drivers claiming non payment for prepaid app bookings.

I have used your taxi firm for it must 20 years
But you still send your taxis to the wrong address, which is 400 metres away and I have to walk to get my taxi.

Fantastic service
I can’t fault this service. Using the app is quick and easy, and it tracks where your taxi is, who your driver is and identifies the car too. Driver was lovely and friendly, great customer service.
