Avoid - Generic App with Bugs
This is a generic app various taxi firms license to run an Uber style local cab service but don’t be fooled, the result is a “poundshop” Uber experience. The drivers are friendly enough but will take you where they think you want to go rather than what you tapped into the app and charge you accordingly. So unless you already know the area you’ll get stuffed. I ended up being charged £20 for what should have been a £5 ride because the driver either hadn’t been informed by the app or because he thought he knew better.
However, the worst aspect of the app is that you can’t update the ride details so you have to cancel and rebook. That would be fine if it wasn’t for a glitch in the system that then declines your card.
Don’t believe the fare that the app shows either because the cabs just run a meter that significantly inflates the quoted fare.
There are better apps so don’t use this one.

Rip off company/app
Booked/paid for a taxi via the app. After arriving 10 minutes late the driver told us as he was dropping us off the in-app payment had failed and offered to let us pay via card in the taxi. The driver then over charged us compared to what the app had originally tried to charge for the trip. I only realised this later when checking my bank account (because he arrived late we were about to miss our train so in my rush I just tapped my card to his machine and then had to sprint off into the station). On top of that the app has made other random £1 charges to my card. Avoid this app/company unless you want to be double charged and ripped off.

Great driver!!
Just travelled from hazel grove to terminal 3 with Zahir. What a lovely, friendly young man. Chatted all the way and was there in no time via the new bypass. He even waved me off as he left. That kind of friendly service reminds me of why I need to move back up north 😁. Well done Zahir, lovely to meet you and I will ask for you next time I’m home and need a Stockport taxi.

Awful do not use
Booked a taxi in advance via the app as it’s a busy time. Time came to get the taxi and it didn’t show. I then called the company who said they would send one now and it would be there within 4 minuets. 25 mins after I should have been in the taxi (I’d completely missed my train by this point, limited time between the school drop off and getting the train hence why I booked in advance I would have made the train had the taxi been on time).
I questioned the driver as to why he was so late and he said it was my fault for booking a taxi on a busy morning. I had two very small children with me.
As I rushed to put them in the taxi, hoping for some small Miracle regarding the train) he barked not to put shoes on the seat. HE IS A BABY HIS FEET DONT FIT OFF THE SEAT.

If I could give an app 0 stars I would
This app is really not user friendly. The interface looks as though the second screen is asking for your destination, when it's actually asking for another line of the address you want to be picked up from! East Didsbury Metrolink wasn't classed as a location on the app. I chose Parrs Wood Lane and wrote two notes to the driver telling him where I was. He called me from Tesco. He hadn't read the notes. When I asked him if he had he didn't even know notes to the driver were a thing. He didn't know where East Didsbury tram station was. Worrying for a taxi driver. After trying to tell him three times where it was with regards to where he was, I lost my patience and gave up. I wanted to try something different because I was sick of Uber's surges but I'd rather pay twice the price than have this issue again! Absolutely awful app and awful customer service. Avoid!
