How to use NterNow? #1 - Find a home online that interests you and drive by the home to check it out and see if it’s on the NterNow system #2 - When at the front door of an NterNow home, either call the number on the door sign or download our app, verify your identity, and receive a one-time-use access code to punch in the lock. Turn the knob and start your tour! #3 - Simply close the door behind you when you leave. The door is already reset to lock. It’s that easy! #4 - In the app, select other NterNow properties to visit. Create your own tour of homes!

  • Terrible

    Ridiculous amount of personal identifying information. This app collects way more than it should. It wants pictures of your IDs, face, contact info, address, phone number- all so they can sell it. Absolutely absurd. This app is terrible!

  • Doesn’t work

    Terrible app. Tried 4 times on 2 different phones and it crashed every time it said my ID was verified.

  • Poor business practice

    I went to look at a property with a for sale sign on it and downloaded their app and was allowed to enter the property. As I am touring the property one of their employees asked me why I am in the house, I said because I’m considering making an offer. The Employee said well this place is already sold. Why would you allow someone access to a property that has already been sold? Digital program you should be able to notify anyone with an inquiry longer available. Period
