Outdated trash
As of this writing I can say with certainty, and having used various prepaid carrier apps, that this app for Metro by T-Mobile is outdated trash. It doesn’t get the care it deserves, especially when compared to the improvements made with its parent T-Mobile. Compared to an app like say, Cricket Wireless, this app is leagues behind in quality and services. This app needs a complete overhaul in the vein of Cricket Wireless, whose app design and chat support features are near flawless. If not for the poor and spotty 5G coverage offered by Cricket, I wouldn’t be with Metro by T-Mobile. But I guess that’s why there’s a trade-off: some carriers provide better coverage (Metro) while offering a pathetically designed app; while others like Cricket have great technical features while lacking in other areas. Metro needs to do better.
