  • App is the way to go

    Glad to see Friendly’s is super busy durning the Covid pandemic, but waiting is the worst. After talking to people walking up to the pick-up window and taking their order immediately, I asked how they were able to do this. The app over phoning in your order is the way to go - you pay for it ahead of pick-up - it saves past orders - so easy and quick - especially when the lines are so long!

  • No option to opt out of having bread

    I have a gluten sensitivity and there’s no option on the app to opt out of having bread with my order. There’s an option to choose “I have an allergy”, but the stores never call to find out what that allergy is. So you have to call them to tell them. It would be nice to have a notes section to put no bun/roll/bread when ordering. It would make things soooo much easier for everyone. Other than this issue, everything seems to be ok.

  • Love the ice cream. But

    Service is always questionable.
    And multiple times the toppings are missed, or wrong.
    Like right now. Supposed to be double hot fudge and caramel. And I got neither.
    Makes it very frustrating when you pick up the order to go and get home and find out then.
  • Speed

    I haven’t been to Friendly’s in like 7 years great start to repurchases great app! Was nice to walk in get my food and leave like a boss! Great job warm atmosphere and clean. Well light and up to date technology.

  • Very sad all the way around

    Tried to order a clam dinner with soup and salad as a side. I couldn’t put in my cart, kept getting error message need to chose a flavor. I assume for soup. Nowhere to choose it though. Same issue for salad. Wouldn’t add to order without picking dressing, no way to do it. Finally switched my sides out to things that didn’t need choices.

    My order was missing tarter sauce and a lemon wedge to go with the clams. So disappointed.

    My sundae was also missing. I’ve been trying to call the restaurant and I can’t get through. Door dash guy said he would go back and check but I haven’t heard from him.

    All in all just a pretty horrible experience. This was my first ever delivered food order and it will be my last.

  • Thanks for the update

    Thanks for updating it was a bit annoying with no rewards what so ever but if you keep the rewards changing and checking in for it I’ll keep it if not I’m deleting also it keeps crashing and I have to restart my phone or reset it to get the app to work so annoying
  • Don’t bother

    App is just bad, plan on spending time to sign up enter all your information to get a free medium ice cream that you will never get. Once all complete items need to be added twice which is weird (add item then add to basket). When you then add the free reward it give an error message and says it’s invalid. Also, the deliver fee is $4.99. I deleted this and just ordered through Door Dash who offers .99 for Friendlys delivery right now, basically the cost of the medium ice cream coupon that never worked.

  • One small quibble

    I love the app. It makes everything very easy. Except one thing; there’s no space for special requests in the ordering process. It’s not like I’m asking for anything outlandish; I just want the build your own sundae for my kid to be built already. But there’s no place to put that and so I have to call the restaurant after putting in the order.

    Otherwise, I order regularly. Much more than I would if I didn’t have an app.

  • Lantana Friendly’s

    While there was an app delivery order snafu, the staff were very professional and apologetic. Even with the almost 2 hour delay, their response and willingness to rectify an issue that was out of their control was so satisfactory that we weren’t bothered with picking up our food. We neglected to leave a tip reflective of our appreciation so I hope this review makes up for that.

  • Terrible! Never again!

    1. Burger was cold, French fries were cold, mozzarella sticks were not even cooked, soup looked like it was a week old and only filled a cup half way.
    2. The sodas were filled to the top with ice 3 sips and nothing left.
    3. No spoons for soup or ice cream, girl explained to me that you have to ask for one! Really!

    This is why Friendly’s are all going out of business. The people that work here don’t even care. How they could serve our food this way is a disgrace!!! My 10 year old daughter loves Friendly’s so we did a father daughter date. Total disappointment. We picked up our order 7 minutes early so it wasn’t because our food sat.
